Ben and his team were brilliant, they all took a lot of care and pride in their work. The service was a million miles better than a much larger firm I used last year, who were useless. After my last two moves were a disaster, I asked my work colleagues if they could recommend a good removal company they had used and were happy with. Sure enough one of them had used Mr Removals and spoke very highly of their service about six months prior. I visited their site on my phone and submitted my enquiry and got a quote back within 15 minutes, Ben came out to do a survey the same evening and everything was fr price to manpower to van size was confirmed. I opted to pack myself as money was tight but they were always available to advise about how to pack fragile items. On moving day, they turned up on time and were very cheerful and my 1st floor 2 bedroom flat was moved from Hersham to Morden in 6 hours. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ben and his team. They were so professional, efficient, and lovely people too - a complete pleasure to work with and the easiest move I have ever done (which is saying something considering we had to move items to a storage unit and to our new house all in one morning!). They handled all our things with care and made everything go so smoothly.

Ben and Jay were professional, friendly, and helpful. We were on a property chain and moving the old house into storage, and then the storage stuff into a new house the following Saturday. Ben was easy to contact and available at short notice, and took the task on in his stride (they even moved our piano very smoothly!) He was also very good when advising us on the Big Yellow's storage system, as we are first time users. They packed the van tightly and cleverly, and got everything done in two trips on both moves. By far the best moving company we have ever used, and will definitely be using them again (though hopefully we won't have to move anytime soon...)

We hired Ben to move a load of our stuff out of storage and into our new home. He and his team are professional, approachable and reliable, tackling the job with care, yet swiftness. We were so pleased with the job he did for us, so we hired him again for the final move into our new home. All challenges (and there were a few) were met positively and calmly with no sense of unwillingness.
And it's incredible how often this is not the case with many other movers out there.

I moved house last week, and decided to use a different removal company to one I'd used without issues twice previously. Ben's intelligently targeted mailshot came at just the right time and he promptly came out to see me to quote.

His price wasn't too high, and wasn't too low, and I booked him to come and pack and then move me.

He and his team, over the course of two days, were polite, flexible, hard working and made a stressful situation as easy as it could be. There wasn't a single breakage. I had a strict timescale for things to be done due to a child coming back from nursery and they did everything I needed them to do.

The most professional and affable removal man I've ever encountered. If you are looking for a high quality removal service and an extremely good price then this is place. Ben and Romeo moved all of the items in my 3 bed house into storage this weekend. They were great, doing two runs to the storage facility and working an extra hour to get the job done. They moved everything quickly and safely and I’d definitely use them again. Thanks!
