The packages arrived as expected! The provided boxes and packing tools are strong and durable for the whole journey. I would use the service again.

If I could give a zero star, I would… avoid this company at all cost. I send 15 boxes since 14/3, I am still waiting for the parcels. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Very hard to contact. It has been 6 months now but I am still waiting for my items!!!!!!

Im currently shipping my boxes from UK to Thailand and the service has been great so far as I can chat directly with the admin in Thailand which has been helpful.

After endless argument finally they promised a refund but I still haven’t received it after three months!!!!!🤬 chased them over 5 times!!!! If I’m not receiving by mid November, next step I’ll post in Taiwanese public group to let everyone knows this terrible service and also pay influencers to share this case to everyone!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I could not have gotten through the same amount of work that moving day if it weren't for your expert packing and your help with the heavy lifting. Not to mention I certainly would not have been as cheerful without the 2 staffs’ jokes and entertaining stories! They even didn’t push the process faster to let them could be off work earlier but paid all their attention to support and help to move a box by a box to the Van. Meantime I did not want you to think that we had forgotten about your generosity with your time and energy. So I would like to write a thank you feedback here to your company to send my appreciation. I will definitely share your contact to my friends and recommend your professional support when they are going to moving House or any related shipping services.

If I could give them 0 star, I would not hesitate…Will not recommend anyone who wants to use this service, please avoid at all cost…they lost my luggage and the customer service is very very slow on reply…it’s been more than 3 months, I still haven’t received the box they claimed they haven’t lost

Hijacking my stuffs with no response, no update and no way to call them. Delaying the delivery for so many times. Terrible service...
