Great service! We were worried as it was quite a complex move across the full length of the country and we've had issues in the past… well these guys restored our faith! Nothing was too much trouble and everything worked out perfectly. I've told the management team the removal team deserve a medal.

This company helped us move from Cambridge to Kent. All workers were extremely hardworking yet polite and made the whole thing seem like a breeze. They safely moved everything to our new house and put all boxes in their respective rooms ready for unpacking.

Also a special shout out to the call staff who were very helpful and friendly and answered all questions we had beforehand. This reassured us it was the right company to go with of the ones we'd got quotes for.

Don’t use their storage! We didn’t choose to use their service, our former storage merged with Cambridge, so we didn’t have a choice while we were abroad.

Their storage service is unlikely to reply your emails. After more than one month long wait, multiple emails sent, they replied once saying £75 access fee for 3 hours, but later when they failed sending back the quote then I called — they changed the access fees to £150 for 3 hours! The worst yet to come!

After I paid full amount of access fee, arranged charity collection, coordinated the date with both sides, they notified me that the collection LOCATION had been CHANGED !! It was 2 weeks before Christmas, the arrangement and effort I made were reset to zero. The storage also claimed they didn’t have any earlier available date, 22nd was the only available date! 3 days prior to Christmas, no charity was able to collect at the new collection address!

Their poor service and arrogant attitude had caused unnecessary stress and chaos for us, who traveling to the UK for the purpose of clearing out the storage.

Nice staff

I would not recommend this company. In our recent house move, several pieces of our furniture were damaged - deep scratches in dark wood furniture, marks on light upholstery, several items of China were left in kitchen cupboards which we had to retrieve later. No overshoes or gloves or masks worn. Cigarette butts left on the drive.

I relocated from UK to Italy and used Cambridge removals for few weeks storage and shipment. The service I received was superb. Besides everything went to plan (all received with no damage), they have been very helpful with the necessary paperwork and they have been very flexible in changing the destination address and date of shipment. I can highly recommend this company.

Although we were pleased at securing a removal company at short notice we are devastated at the multiple deep grooves left in our oak sideboard and chipped glass shelf which only became evident after removal staff stood in front of it for the paperwork signing off process. My wife is so sad as the sideboard was the last gift from her deceased parents. Unfortunately we did not get the benefit of fully trained, skilled or uniformed staff as some were only temporary workers eg teacher but just labour - definitely do not recommend this company.
