Great moving service, living up to their name:
Thank you for the great service from you all for our recent move. From the easy and friendly booking process to the move itself. Special thanks to Samson and Peter, who were brilliant, throughout. They were very professional, careful and friendly. Coping very well with very heavy garden items at collection and delivery points. We were very impressed and will definitely be coming to you again.

Honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. From booking to the removal process, every body was so great and lovely. Ana and Marco were brilliant at helping me work out the logistics and Joey and Fabio who did the removal were excellent - they went above and beyond and were just so friendly and kind. Moving house is stressful so it's wonderful to have Finest Man with a Van make the process as smooth as possible.

Moving homes is supposed to be a stressful process but Samson and Mubarak made it so much easier for me and my partner. They were on time, friendly, considerate and very polite. They finished the job within the booked time and they made sure that no damage would happen to any piece of furniture we moved. Communication with Ana on the phone, before and during the job was always excellent. I highly recommend this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is not the first time that I have used the company for moving and is unlikely to be the last thanks to their great service. Marco was very quick to respond, being able to sort me out with a quote that suited my situation at a fraction of the price that other competitors offered. I want to especially thank Samson, the driver, who went above and beyond when helping me move a number of heavy and/or awkwardly-shaped items with care, efficiency and a smile. Thank you both for saving me a load of stress!

I honest can’t rate these guys high enough. Joe and Flávio were amazing, so quick, punctual, light-hearted, professional. They completed our move in record time and even though we were panicking that all our things would not fit, they made it work effortlessly. Would definitely recommend!!!

We moved to our new flat with these guys in March 2021. They are simply amazing. All our furniture was moved very carefully, but also they were crazy fast, I could not believe how quickly they managed to put everything into the car and then in the new flat. Highly highly recommend! Btw, they were recommended to me by my friend. Thank you, Marco and team!

I used this company 5 times previously from 2011 to 2019 and the service ranged from excellent to great. On this occasion, it seems much has changed and its all about profit with little regard for service. Now they have an operator who when I booked I asked if I could travel with the two men and the van and she said of course. The fee was quite high but I have lymphedema and cannot lift heavy items. On the day, only one man, the driver, was lifting whist the other rearranged the items which was inefficient as my items only half filled the van. Then the driver said I cannot travel with them. Much time was wasted on this issue as I was never told this and they agreed they made a mistake when they spoke to the operator and actually read the job notes.

1 1/2 hours on the road, they said they’re taking a break which did not happen when I used the same company previously to the same destination. After 30 minutes sitting in the van waiting I called and asked the operator if this was common practice, she said no. She said she would sort it and call me back. Instead, the owner called me with a lecture on his workers wellbeing and said I shouldn't be travelling with them anyway. I said if your operator had made that clear and told me about the breaks, I would have taken my services elsewhere. After 40 minutes, I spoke to the driver and told him that I had an appointment and would be late. They came back but I had to wait further for one of them to smoke a cigarette.

The unloading was the same inefficient slow process. The Big Yellow employee came into the office and told me to be careful as they had left a trolley with my stuff in the lift unattended. This meant I could not leave them to lock up and missed the appointment. I helped with taking the trolley to the 1st floor and again the unit was half filled so no need for a dedicated person to rearrange items. The icing on the cake was the hefty fee they charged my credit card for additional time. Beware of these rogue removal companies. This company was good but now its all about profit. Its the luck of the draw which movers you get and now, if you get the short straw, they will not rectify it.

Sound. Very good service: respectful, timely, collaborative, and just did a generally great job that contributes a whole lot more value than people realise. I think my driver was beginning with J, maybe Joseph/joe (N1 to AL1). He's a great representative of your company,
