Our company needed to book a van on very short notice, and Alan and Mahmoud stepped up so much to help! They were clear in communication and took away all of our stress.

Mahmoud arrived very early this morning - I arrived at the time we agreed and he was already there, he'd spoken to the people we were picking furniture up from and had already begun loading the van - what a hero!

He loaded it so well, securing it all with bungees so it wouldn't break, drove it to our offices so carefully and safely, then helped me carry all of it up our stairs. He was such a lovely guy, as was Alan who booked this in and sent an invoice out so promptly. Guys, my manager and the rest of us at Catalyst give you our most sincere thanks, and we will always keep your number for future!

We recently used the services of Man and Van London Services to help collect and deliver Christmas gifts during the festive season for children at The Royal London Hospital in aid of Barts Charity and from start to finish the experience was exceptional.
Alan kindly took my booking and was very personable and easy to work with from the start.

Our driver for the day was Mahmud and he was excellent and probably the kindest driver you could ever wish to meet.
Mahmud was such a joy to work with, punctual and his knowledge of the roads of London was outstanding.

Ali helped me move house. He was the kindest most gentle man and van I've ever had. He is strong as an ox, did a huge amount of work in a short space of time- super efficient. And very conscientious. Ali eyed up pieces of furniture before moving them down stairs, calculating the best fit/ orientation. He packed everything with care and purpose in his van and drove very slowly for the first few hundred metres listening to make sure nothing was moving. I'm not often moved to give reviews but Ali is worth the time and effort. I could not recomend him more highly. In fact he has since helped my mum move her art studio from the attic to a garden cabin and is helping a friend of mine move next week.
Ask Mr Alan, the proprietor, for Ali. You will not be disappointed.

AVOID... Wish I read the other review on trust pilot before I booked. Called and asked for a price, quoted 2 hours and was told "it wont be any more than that" He assured me of this.
At the end of the job was told 3 hours and was also charged £40 per hour when on the website it says £35ph. When I questioned the extra £5 ph, I was told it was for congestion charge. But there is no congestion charge on this route, as I've driven it several times. Don't get ripped off, go elsewhere!

Great service and really professional, both working with Alan to organise and the drivers themselves when they helped us. Alan always quick to respond and make any adjustments we needed. Our move involved a large amount of carpet and an oven - not for the faint hearted - and they cracked on with a smile on their face. Would recommend!

I have been using the team for the last 4 moves and my experience has been consistently excellent - they always arrive on time, very friendly, hard working, careful with all items and accommodate requests. They are really nice, good people and super reliable.
