BW Removals

My are we glad we chose this company!! We were absolutely blown away by their professionalism and friendliness. For the price we paid we received the most excellent service. Two gentlemen carried our heavy boxes and suitcases down 6 flights of stairs, and without any hesitation were prepared to do much more than was expected or agreed upon. We highly recommend this company!

John and his colleague helped me move house within Trowbridge yesterday (at a very reasonable price for the work). They arrived exactly when John assured me they would arrive and proceeded to empty my house (with us getting in the way cleaning as they moved things!) with no problem at all. They efficiently moved everything into my new house, checking where I wanted things (accommodating me changing my mind along the way!) and were friendly and polite throughout. Nothing was broken/damaged, etc., and as a result of all of the above, I would highly recommend BW Removals.

John and his assistant were exceptional, their approach to moving our house was beyond our expectations. Despite some of the other reviews on here I can honestly say the service was great and the cost was fair. I’d highly recommend BW Removals to anyone moving in and around Trowbridge.

I moved 150 miles from Wiltshire, the move was quite short notice with it being a week from quote to move date.

John visited my property and we agreed on a price and date, a couple of days later a written quote arrived.

I have moved many times and hence I know a good job when its been done.

John and Mario arrived on time and began loading the van, they came with bubble wrap and proceeded to bubble wrap some furniture that was not agreed in the quote - they simply did it without any prompting to protect the furniture.

On arrival the van was unloaded and I was asked were the possessions were to be placed in the new property.

Its been a number of days since my move and I can confirm that no furniture was damaged during the move process.

The guys were very amenable throughout and did a great job on what was a hot and long day.

There are some quite strange and almost malicious reviews as has been mentioned, I cannot comment on those but can say that it does not mirror my experience in the slightest.

I have no hesitation recommending BW Removals.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with B & W Removals. They did an excellent job & I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good rates
& trustworthy workers.

John and his workmate arrived o. Time and did an amazing job. There had not been time for John to come out beforehand and they were both shocked at the amount of boxes I had. They stayed happy and professional throughout the whole day. The keys were late so it ended up being a very long day for them both. There was no moaning or stressing, they both carried on with what I could see was a very hard job made to look easy by them. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone. They were brilliant

Turned up to our removal address on time. John and his helper did a great job putting our stuff into his lorry without complaint. He even removed, (and replaced), a first floor bedroom sash window so we could remove larger items at no extra cost All in all we were happy for the service we received and the price we paid.

John and his team provided me with a first rate service, making the process so much easier at what is such a stressful time. They were hard-working and professional despite the many hurdles they had to cross during my move. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me and would not hesitate in recommending them to others. Thank you
