We used Truck Logistics for a recent house move and cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole experience was spot on

The guys they sent Ryan, Michael & Georgie we a pleasure to deal with. Professional, friendly and worked extremely hard moving our possessions, going above and beyond.

We had a lot of boxes, it was 30+ degrees outside and the guys were troopers. Plus not a single breakage.

Cancelled my removal date without notifying us
I wouldn't recommend hiring this company for removal, as the sales advisor has accepted my booking over the phone long back ago also he promised that he will let me know if there is any change in plan. But when it came today when I sent an email asking what time you can come then he is telling me we are fully booked. Its a bad experience of my life where we have planned many dependent activities on my removal date, a courtesy call was expected if someone is changing my booking or canceling.
When I raised a complaint to customer service, they simply ignore to deal this complain.

We were told the servers were down so the team gave us an access code. Today it did not work and there is no out of hours contact to help. The front gate was not locked & I am concerned there has been a security breach.
I have had no communication from the company regarding any issues or the code changing updates. I'm worried my items may not be safe at this point but could not get in to even have a look. I travelled over 20miles to this facility, to get items from my storage unit. I've been a customer for 6 months.
After 20mins of trying I drove back the 20+miles without my things.
Very angry.

Can't say how happy I was with the service. Arranged everything with Lewis in the office who put my mind at rest about all the worries I was having. Was probably one of the most stressful times of my life and this really, really helped. The three guys that turned up on the day were absolutely great, although I missed their names. Wasn't the easiest of jobs either end so I can't praise them enough. Nothing broken, everything moved from Central London to Brighton by 4pm and for the best price we found.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with, helped me to understand the process. The drivers went above expectation to help us. Esp being delayed with the final packing. Gabriel and Andy really made it a smooth transfer over. Thank you to you all.

From the first video call and quote, Trunk Logistics were reliable, contactable, and professional. On emails very responsive. Sonny and Aron on the day were great; no breakages or scuffs and v friendly and efficient. Would def recommend!

Callum, Andy and Gaby were fantastic in our move. They arrived earlier than expected and packed up the vans quickly. They unpacked quickly and made the whole move stress free which was lovely. Thank you all for helping us with the move. Charlotte and Mark.

I would have given zero stars but it's not an option.
Do not use this company their packers stole very expensive items of ours (worth over £1000) and we were never compensated. Do not use. We are contacting the police over the theft but doubt anything will happen. So disappointing. You put your trust in a company and service and this happens.....totally unacceptable.
