David & Lucas who today delivered our furniture did an absolutely amazing job. They did all they can to get the furniture into our 3rd floor apartment with no lift on a very warm day. We appreciate all the help to get the oversized leather sofa and American fridge freezer up a narrow staircase. However through no fault on their efforts we had been unable to complete.
I would highly recommend using this company directly and no going through other agent as I did.
St Georges acted professionally unlike the lack of communication I got from the original booking made with Global Moving Services who communication skills and customer service is poor.

We have moved from Spain to Cumbria.
Today two guys Dave and Norman arrived with our furniture. They were brilliant. We have a 3 story house and they parked up and had a brilliant attitude and couldn't have been more helpful , they are a credit to St George's Removals. If all their employees are like these two then don't hesitate to use them. When we move again then St Georges will be our first call; as long as they send Dave and Norman. 5 Star service.

St Georges European provided the delivery of our removals in France on sub-contract from the original British contractor and I would like to express how very impressed I was at how hard the crew worked on a substantial load in very warm weather a few days ago.

First calls, very professional and highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling service and total lack of communication. I spent a considerable time sending emails with full information about the location including detail on access, photos of street signs etc. It turned out none of this was received by the team on the ground. I was not notified until 1030pm the night before what time they would arrive and then learned they had a huge articulated lorry and that the "transshipment" vehicle was also too big to access the street where I live. When they finally came much of my furniture had been damaged with scratches, broken wheels, pictures smashed and crockery broken. They left early as they needed to be in Malaga and did not even place items upstairs causing me considerable problems and additional expense as I had to pay local people to come and help me. There were also some boxes missing. I received no apology or followup. Absolutely do not recommend do not use under any circumstances.

Today I had my belongings delivered to Spain from London. Working with James in operations and Derek the driver has been a pleasure, the communication has been really easy and Derek fund the property in Spain which is typically a struggle. Great value too. Thanks all for the great work.

We moved from Spain in June and St Georges sent two guys, Stuart and Ross to pack us up and take care of our move back to the UK. They were brilliant, caring and packed the furniture extremely well. It went into storage at their depot and when we found a place to stay they worked around us to get the furniture to us on a day that suited us. Considering that they are an international removal company to bring our goods to us in such a short notice period and arrange it so that the same two guys delivered the goods to us, was remarkable and therefore I must give the company 5* for its service. But more than that, the delivery entry was a difficult narrow driveway but that Stuart drives that lorry as if it were a dinky toy. How he got that lorry into such a tight head of a driveway was again remarkable, so to Ross and Stu, thank you both, you really are simply the best! And to the unseen heroes working at head office, you too deserve a pat on the back for your organizational skills.

The only company that manages to do my removals from the UK to Spain in January 2021. They packed really well and delivered a few weeks later. All good and very professional. Pricewise they were competitive. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend James, Emily and the team enough from St Georges European. Incredibly courteous, very prompt communication and they delivered on every promise. Customer service like this is very rare in this day and age.

The price was very competitive and our belongings arrived in Barcelona far far quicker than expected.
