Rock Steady Removals

I've dealt with a lot of men with vans and George at Rock Steady Removals has been by far the best. He drove my stuff to me long distance from a storage unit and I didn't even have to be there - he did all the loading himself, as well as helping with the unloading. He was easy to contact, quick to respond, friendly, fast, and most of all very cheap. The cheapest I've ever been quoted. Frankly, I don't know how he's making any money, but fortunately that's not for me to worry about.

I do a lot of research before buying/hiring/renting anything and if you read this review, please just do yourself a favour and give him a call.

I got in contact with George at Rock Steady after helping a friend move - we were moving to a 4 bed house with a large amount of furniture from a 3rd floor flat. George and Charlie were amazing and great guys to boot, everything was done in an afternoon including another stop off to pick up more furniture. Not only a great service but full due care and attention went to packing everything into the van ensuring nothing was broken (which it wasn't - not even a glass). Would 100% recommend - great service. Thanks guys

I hired George to help shift some stuff to my storage unit after a recent move. He kept me up to date by text as his previous job overran by a few minutes, which I really appreciated. He was helpful, friendly and professional, and made what could have been a chore into a really positive experience. His service is astonishingly good value too. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Rocksteady removals are highly professional. Everything was packed with a remarkable speed , efficiency and attention to detail . I was amazed they fit everything from my house and garden into two loads, their van was packed with expertise. They worked diligently and carefully all day , and it was a long day !! It was astounding . I had a lot of really precious items which were respected and looked after. They also dismantled and re- mantled furniture with expedient efficiency. It felt so good to have the beds made up for sleeping in on the first night of our new home . They worked so so hard, and really cared about making the move easy and relaxed for me, I really appreciated this . Moving can be so stressful!!! They are a really warm , friendly and accommodating removals company . I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again .

Moved flat with George and had amazing service from a lovely man. Had stuff in place for delicate things like TVs and helped us get things out of the flat. Would definitely recommend for anyone doing an unfurnished move. We also collected a large 3 seater L shaped sofa and footstool after the move and it fit comfortably in the van.

George at Rock Steady Removals provided us with an excellent service when we moved from the city to the countryside. George is friendly and reliable. We submitted a quote on his website and we received the best value for money quote. We were happy knowing that George provides a professional and insured service.

Brilliant service from the Rocksteady team. I was let down 2 days before my move with another firm, I called Rocksteady and George re-assured me from the start and took care of my move, very well priced, simple booking process and very efficient. The team arrived at 08:00 and started to work, very re-assuring, nothing was a problem for them, the access was difficult in my new home, but the guys done everything with a smile on their face, items well protected and strapped in for safe transit and very well skilled workers. Couldn't thank them enough. They have restored my faith in movers again! Well done guys. Will definitely recommend you and use again. 100/100.

We've been using George and his crew for a while now, we have a business in the centre of town and sometimes need a professional and friendly local van service. They have not disappointed! Great service and lovely feedback every time from our customers, I highly recommend them :)
