Bournes did a truly exceptional job throughout all stages of our move. A lot of attention was paid to understand which items were particularly valuable or fragile, and we were advised on how best they should be packed. The crew who packed everything had clearly been briefed of what was required, so much so that nothing was damaged. They were not just incredibly efficient, but also extremely polite and kind. We will not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Bournes Moves arranged my move from Texas to London (UK). Throughout the entire process they have been incredibly helpful and communicative. Moving continents is incredibly stressful, but thanks to Bournes Moves, the actual moving of my belongings was the least stressful aspect. Jake Waters was fantastic throughout and worked with me to plan the delivery of my belongings at a time that worked for me. He oversaw every aspect including customs so that I had nothing to worry about. All my belongings arrived intact and the service throughout was fantastic and friendly. If I ever move again I will not consider any other moving company than Bournes Moves, would highly recommend them!

This was a 3-day move; first day packing up, and then moving over 2 days. Chose Bournes from 4 quotes not because of price (they weren't the cheapest), but because their quote was the most thorough and detailed, and our contact with them had been very clear and they had listened to what we wanted. Their management of the whole move was excellent, from the team who handled it - polite and friendly, with a strong team leader in Dean who frequently checked that we were happy with everything, to our contact at their office - Emily, who called daily throughout the move to check all was going well. We will not hesitate to use Bournes for our next move.

Very impressed with Bournes from the moment the assessor visited to the last item being moved. We had a complex move to two locations and into store but it was simple with Bournes who took care of everything. Overall a very obliging team where nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From our first contact with their move consultant, and throughout the removal process, the Bourne’s team displayed a high level of professionalism. The packing team worked methodically, quickly and expertly, boxes were clearly marked. We moved to a small cottage in the Cotswolds, and the only access was via a seventy five yard long driveway. The removal van could only reverse to within about twenty yards from the garden gate, then there was a further twenty yards to the door of the property. Despite this difficulty, the two men worked tirelessly, expertly and with good humour. They went to great trouble to make sure everything was put in exactly the right place.
Could not find any fault with the entire three day packing, loading and unloading process. Bournes exceeded our expectations and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
