Bournes Moves

My family and I recently relocated from the UK to Singapore. The service we received from Bournes and their overseas partners was nothing short of brilliant.
The guy who came to do the pre-move survey clearly had loads of experience, zipped through and accurately estimated our space requirements for all our belongings. He was professional and courteous and answered all our questions, allaying our fears and putting us at ease.
On the day of the move, the two guys who came to do all the packing were great, listing everything and packing it with care. They didn't stop working.
On the other side of the move, Bournes had partnered with a company called Asian Tigers who were equally fantastic.
Throughout the whole move we were allocated a single point of contact, and the fact that more than one organization undertook the whole move, the quality and overall service and ongoing communication was completely seamless.
I'd happily endorse this company and recommend using then to anybody. First Class!

I am rarely surprised (in a positive way) by customer service experiences these days, but this move with Bournes was absolutely tops from beginning to end. The Dutch representative who first came to help us in the Netherlands, to the fantastic duo who just delivered all of our boxes in tip top shape - it's been stellar from beginning to end. This was a superb experience and everyone along the way was super professional, forthcoming and above and beyond helpful. I have seen some of my expat friends coming and going and not a single one of them had a flawless experience, like we had. We are lucky and grateful.

Bournes came in person to do an assessment of the property which was reassuring. The team in the office were helpful. The team who came to load were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, we had no breakages and anything which was taken apart was put back together.

Poor or no response to emails.
Unnecessary extra charges.
Did not deliver what was promised.
My shipping agent chose this company but I would not recommend them.

A great firm. Not cheap, but good value for money. Highly recommended, all staff from quote to managing the move, always happy to chat about any issues, to moving day are polite and professional. Definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you

Bourne Removals were great in helping us ship our possessions from the UK to New Zealand. Everything went smoothly and timeframes were as predicted, so we were able to plan around it. Contact was maintained throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Moved from England to Europe and everything was smooth and fast. Good comunication from the beginning and really helpfull at all moment during the process. They made me a quote before and then after to check my place and my things. Made sure that everything was wrapped and ready for the delivery on time.

BM went out of their way to accommodate us at short notice, at a time when everyone was busy and the whole move went smoothly. Minor hiccups along the way, but in the end we got moved on time and the team were respectful and communicated well. Thanks all for helping us out of a tricky situation!
