On two occasions in the last year DB have taken furniture from us for storage & return. The service encountered was excellent throughout. All staff were courteous, helpful & communication was, at all times, faultless, even down to mobile call from driver giving precise ETA. As a result the process proceeded effortlessly & professionally. A very impressive service & as a result I would not hesitate to recommend Doree Bonner. Special thanks to Margaret & Vicki, office staff who were the welcoming front of the company & the care & attentiveness of the men who carried out the move on both occasions.

We booked Doree Bonner to move us from the UK to Canada and have been extremely pleased with our choice. Emma, who we dealt woth in the office was helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The team who packed up our house were with us for 2 days and arrived on time, even calling beforehand to let us know their ETA. The team members were all extremely polite, professional and friendly and joked around with us too. It was just what we needed to release some stress from the situation!! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future, should we decide to move countries again. 5 out of 5. A fantastic service!

Just had furniture returned after 6 months . Once again excellent service would highly recommend. Furniture still looks as good as new because of the way that Doree Bonner packaged and handled with care. Well done

Great team who handled my storage contents retrieval and return. From the office staff to the operatives everyone was thoroughly courteous. Everything was expertly packed and labelled. Nothing was too much trouble. With newly decorated walls and flooring great care was taken with protecting it all. Thank you so much for an excellent service. Highly recommend Doree Bonner for removals.

My Father,is an older gentleman hard of hearing,I can't explain how amazing the team of guys were that backed up his home with care & respect.
My parents have lived in there home for 50 years plus,so it's filled to the brim with nic nacs and personal belongings.
I mention because every item was individually wrapped with love & extrem care.So on unpacking Everything was perfect,no breakages, nothing was missing.
The guys unpacked everything we asked,took all packing and boxes away.

The Men that unpacked we're professional,kind reaspectful ,good fun a credit to there employers.
I have used many service like this before,done that we're half as good.
If you want a family feel,with top professional Packers that will store your personal belongings safely ,look no further!

Thank you to the guys that helped my dad and went above and beyond helping myself and friend get things sorted efficiently with lifting heavy Furniture and when didn't look right, suggested a few ideas moved things around till was right! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

D.Bonner collected our furniture to be placed in storage. They took great care to wrap and load each item slowly and carefully. I would highly recommend.

Massive storage. very affordable prices compared to competing companies and a big plus is that the unloading is on the ground directly into the container. Things are stored in wooden containers. The company provides blankets to protect things from damage. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Had a item stolen from inside a sealed box, i took pictures to prove this was the case. But still wasn't enough for the company to take action against the member of staff who I believe stole from me. No compensation or good will gesture given. I will be making sure I do everything I can to let people know not to use this company. You can get far better services from else were i trust you.
