Cannot give high enough praise for the whole team. From the moment of getting a quote until they left us in our new home Bisley removals have been professional service with a smile.
When Stuart arrived with the removal team the stress and worry slipped away, they sorted everything and nothing was too much hassle for them, we were out of our old house in record time and everything delivered safely to the new house. We would recommend this company and they would be our first choice for any removals in the future.

We first used Bisley in 2002 and have just used them again 20 years later and my mum and sister have also used them in the past twenty years. Their pricing is always spot on but as importantly, the service you get in the office is fantastic and the packers and movers are hard working, polite and efficient. You need look no further for a removals company

Choosing Bisley Removals was the best money we spent in the whole moving process and we could not recommend them enough! The whole team at Bisley Removals were incredibly professional and efficient making it a totally stress free move. The cost of the service for the quality of care made it excellent value for money.

Received a quote. Informed them we were moving to a different property. Gave them the new address. Called us a week before move (by a very rude and interrupting man who was very unprofessional) saying the access was not good enough so needed to re-quote. They had obviously not even looked at the access after we informed them of the different property purchase. Send a quote at nearly £3000! Called to explain that this is not OK as was their error and that we did not like the fact had been rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me. Do not use this cowboy, he will be let you down, be miserable and try to rip you off. AVOID.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: You are a liar, at no point was I loud or aggressive. You did not like the fact I questioned (politely) that you had made an error and was rude. I am a highly respected member within my profession, unlike yourself. I will be advising as many people as possible to steer clear. The quote was £2,759 so close enough to £3k. You know you are lying, rude and have no understanding of customer relations nor did you even carry out the research into your own quotation! I am sure people reading your replies can identify your passive aggressive nature. Am so glad we are not moving with you. I am sure we will find a professional firm, even with the short notice (6days) you have left us with. Enjoy your horrid angry life x

Brilliant removal company. We paid for the service where they come and pack everything as it is because we have a baby and a toddler.

They arrived at 9am on the day before moving to pack and load the lorry with everything except what was needed overnight. They were done by 1pm, leaving us lots of time to clean the place for the new owners.

The staff were friendly and got on with the job quickly and efficiently but also with good care for our belongings.

Unloading at the new house was just as quick and they were great at following instructions of where to put boxes.

Hopefully won't be moving for a while but would definitely use them again.

Bisley Removals packed up my old home and stored my household belongs for 5 months while I relocated. I am so glad I chose them (after getting 3 other quotes). Their guys who did the packing up, removal and delivery were all great. They worked really hard and were very helpful, especially at the delivery end. I spoke with Charley many times and she was always so cheerful & helpful and willing to work with me when dates had to be changed.

I moved my belongings into storage in March and moved into my new house in April. This was my first time using a professional removal company as previously I have used two men and a van (I've moved so many times) I decided on using Bisley Removals as I liked the idea of using a family run business and I am glad I did. Both Cavan and Charley were friendly and helpful when organising the quote, storage and packing boxes. My completion date was moved many time on my new house and they were more than happy to be flexible even though it was a very busy time for them. It was one of the most stress free moves I've ever had and the whole team were friendly and professional. My furniture was in storage with them for 4 weeks and when returned everything was as it was when it left. Thank you Cavan and the team.
