Horsleys Removals

Cannot fault this company in the slightest, have had to use them on 2 occasions recently unfortunately due to having to move 1st of all in November and then again in March. On both times the lads they sent were extremely friendly and worked really hard. They took apart all the furniture that needed to be broken down and rebuilt them in the right places at the other end. And they also went above and beyond with doing things for us that they didn't have to i.e hanging doors which we had taken off and fixing dining room table leg etc.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Horsleys were being used by our new neighbours. There was some sort of disagreement and one of their removal team was doing a lot of swearing. Ask them to stop the language as we have young kids but he just carried on. Not a good example for their family business.
I spoke to one of the others who tried to explain why he had an issue. I just said I'm not really bothered what the issue was just ask that the swearing stops.

If asked I would not recommend them.

I was really nervous about my stuff being packed and moved for me, but I can't rate this business high enough. Neil (in charge on the day) couldn't do enough for me. Everything was packed and labeled and placed neatly in the new house in the correct place. Things from the loft were stacked beautifully too. A new bed was put together and wardrobes dismantled and refitted on delivery. I will definitely recommend Horsleys' every time and use them again in the future - hopefully the distant future!

Used Horsleys removals recently and the guys could not do enough for us. All boxes were put in right rooms and furniture was treated with care. The guys that came to do our removal are a credit to the company.

We have used Horsleys a couple of times now and can't fault them. Friendly, helpful, excellent removals and Shelly went above and beyond to ensure we were in our new home for Christmas. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service from all the team. The team worked so hard on our removal day. They were really careful not to mark walks etc when carrying items to different rooms. They checked where everything was going and managed to get a really chunky heavy sofa bed in the loft room. Can't praise the whole team enough and would recommend them. They made moving day as stress-free as possible. Great service, quality and price. 10/10
