Avoid Chunky Removal services at all costs! After giving us a quote of £70 per hour for removal service they did one load and decided it was too much stuff for them and not worth their time. They then sat on our driveway demanding payment. It was extremely upsetting and left us totally abandoned on our moving day. The most stressful situation ever. Luckily we managed to hire a small van and moved everything ourselves. Not easy with a small toddler! Will obviously never use them again. Most unprofessional service ever.
