Alan and his colleagues are friendly and Alan is a logistical genius using every inch of space, wherever possible saving multiple trips unlike some man in a van/removal companies who do not care about keeping your possessions safe or packing properly and therefore charging more. I needed a piano moving from one room to another - not as straightforward as it sounds! Having made several changes to the house layout meant the piano needed to be taken outside and round to the back, negotiating doorsteps, narrow gateways and obstacles on the way.

Alan and his colleague were friendly and professional and did the job efficiently and with good humour.

My piano is now in its new location undamaged and still in tune (or as much as it was before!). I will definitely use this firm again.
