Extremely professional and friendly service from start to finish. My moving dates were continually changing but Horsleys remained very flexible to ensure everything went to plan. My thanks go to both office staff and the teams that carried out the move and helping me to be in my new property in time for Christmas.

Horsleys gave us a very smooth move from a village near Stone to Shrewsbury on April 8th and we were most satisfied with the experience. Their prompt and efficient packing on the morning of the day before gave us the afternoon free to clean our old house (they left us a couple of armchairs and a little crockery and cutlery for the evening.) Their speedy transport on the day allowed us a good start on the unpacking. The team of Lee, Damon and Paul were helpful and efficient at all times and no request was too much. Thanks, guys, you have given us a great start in our new home and we would have no hesitation in recommending your service!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you so much for our house move yesterday from Barton to lichfield. The team were incredible and really went above and beyond for us. We’ve never used a removal company before and will never use anyone other than you guys again! Everything was loaded onto the van with so much care and attention and they’ve managed to move some of our more tricky items (a completely glass cabinet? Without a hitch. I genuinely didn’t think I’d spend my day laughing and sitting on the sofa whilst my home was put back together perfectly in its new house. A million thank yous to Craig, Ollie and paps ❤️🙌

This was our 13th move in 33 years both international and national. This family run firm are up there with the big boys. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our move this time was from Stafford to Devon via storage for several months and everything arrived safely. Thank you Nigel and the team.

The guys packed everything up for us over a course of 3 days and helped to make it a lot less stressful than it could have been. This company lead our move with absolute perfection from the initial quotation to the very end when the crew left with their empty lorry at our new home. The team who moved us were immaculately dressed, polite, friendly, professional...they even watched the dog whilst I nipped out!
Boxes were outstanding quality with the team carefully moving our furniture to our new home.

I have used Horsleys on three other Occasions, so my partner and I didn't hesitate to use the company again for a further recent move. As in the past, we found them excellent to deal with, easy to contact and communicate with and on moving day the team did a fantastic job for us, they worked together, were v focused, polite and efficient. Due to a banking delay, the team had to wait for a considerable period of time before being able to access our new property to unload, they accepted this without complaint and waited patiently to do so. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. Professional and a pleasure to deal with.
