Malcolm and his team moved our household this month and we were really pleased with the whole team. They took great care of our belongings, they were lovely to spend the day around and the van packing was quite frankly an art form! We would certainly highly recommend. My husband and I were very stressed about moving home. We were provided Lessers details from a friend. They booked us in for the move, based around our schedule. They provided us with boxes the day we booked them. On the move day, they arrived at 8am and were really efficient and professional. A friendly, helpful and dedicated team. Would highly recommend and we shall use them in the future.

Initially a man (Malcolm) came to see me was very helpful and friendly. However, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any communication between the staff and I then spoke to another man (David) and was sent a higher quote with incorrect details on. No attention to individual customer requirements, left me feeling dismissed and not confident in the company's service. We went elsewhere for a quote £300 lower from Pickfords who have been friendly, comprehensive and professional. Based on this experience I would not recommend Lessers. I emailed Lessers to query the quotation and never received a reply despite their reply below implying that they are always open to "discuss their quote" . I had 4 quotes and found Lessers to be quite rude as I think you will also see from their response. I can't comment on the service itself as did not use them due to disappointing communication

Cannot say enough good things about Malcolm and the team. They’ve gone to such lengths and effort to help us over the last few days. Such a fabulous service and fantastic company of genuinely lovely people.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but Lessers made the move smooth and efficient. Punctual, polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they bought humour into a tense day.
