Very disappointing service. Looked so much forward to having them ship my things - a very simple case - but from start till the end they were being un-cooperative and made the entire thing into a very sad and inconvenient thing. I used the Service Oxford/UK - Switzerland, but the person in charge was in various ways extremely unhelpful in a way I have never experienced it with any moving company and rarely altogether. False claims about what we agreed and even about what they had written being part of it.
Had I known, I would have definitely gone for one of the many private offers one finds through the somewhat more informal moving services.
Mind, the recommended insurance comes as extra cost on top of quoted price. Transport itself was impeccable though: none of some of my somewhat fragile things were broken, which was a relieve as I had decide to not pay the insurance.

Nothing but positive feedback for the company. They really bent over backwards to help with a last minute storage need and every contact I've had with them has been great. Good value and great service. Not one for reviews normally, showing how good they really are.

Excellent customer service. Moved boxes from France to the UK during COVID restrictions, took longer than expected but they made it happen. Called them back months later to ask for some paperwork and got a solution in 5'. I do recommend!

Luker Bros moved furniture from Geneva to Birmingham in December 2020 and from Birmingham to Bangkok in August 2022. We have the highest commendation for their services, efficiency, discretion. Nothing was damaged. With many thanks for your assistance.

Very good service! They were very responsive, professional, the units are safe, and the prices transparent and fine.
I left my belongings in their unit for over a year and loading and emptying the storage units were super easy. I went back twice to my unit during the rental period and this was very uncomplicated.
