Everything about OnRoad is professional, respectful, careful, patient, efficient, considerate, I cannot fault them and cannot say how good they are enough.
We did not get our keys released until 4pm! and they accommodated the problem and overcame other unexpected difficulties such as parked cars that blocked access to the property. A great Company 100%..

Toby is family, his team moved us locally and they was highly professional with a positive attitude. We have used removals company’s in the past, but Toby and his team are very efficient and professional in comparison. My husband has worked for OnRoad-removals in the past and has always said how impressed he is with how much care and effort is put into the house removals carried out, and that is coming from someone who used to own a reputable removals company his self. Would highly recommend. :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would urge anyone and everyone to seriously consider using an alternative removal company. Toby and his team let me down with no notice. Claiming the van was broken, yet they show 3 vans in their fleet. Toby sub contracted a third party who showed up 4hours after arranged time and instructed us they required 50% more money or they were going. Contacted tobys team who were less than helpful. Basically said not there problem. Damaged building, damaged furniture. And job not finished. Many items left behind and most of the work completed by the family and not the movers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

What a fantastic experience we have had with Toby. He and his colleague arrived on time and worked incredibly hard from that moment on. Access to the property was up 27 steps but they managed to handle our possessions with care and consideration and just kept going until the job was done. We were so happy with the removal that we have booked them again to do an even bigger job. If you are looking for someone helpful, reliable and efficient then I would highly recommend Toby and his team.

Toby and Anton were fantastic, professional and great value. Communication was clear from the start identifying how many loads would be required. On the day they were punctual, clean and professional with all fragile items carefully wrapped and carpets were protected when moving items. Overall it was a great first experience of using them and will certainly use again, highly recommend.

Toby and Anton were absolutely brilliant with our removals today. They arrived when they said they would, used protective covers when they were needed, and took great care of our possessions. They also did it with a smile on their faces as they obviously enjoyed what they were doing. They charged us a great price and even plumbed in the washing machine. Well done guys you are amazing.

Fantastic experience, arranged for ONROAD-Removals to assist us with our recent house move.
The guys turned up on time, were efficient and professional.
All fragile items were packed and protected by the removal guys, carpets were protected with sheets and they were very careful whilst carrying items and manipulating doorways etc....
All in all a very good experience at a very reasonable price.
