Excellent experience from start to finish. Very careful and quick packing by John, Gareth, Ian and Adrian. Have now unpacked everything and not a single item was damaged. Delivery was arranged over two days and Darren, Ian, Adrian, Ant and Tyler did a great job, especially getting larger items through some tight spaces. Went like clockwork. Thanks to Paul and Rob for their assistance. Will definitely book you for my next move!

John, Ian, Paul, Ant, Dan and Rob were a fantastic team! They packed for us, loaded us and moved us all the way down to Cornwall.

Thank you so much John, Rob, Alan & Lee who moved us on one of the coldest frostiest days of the year with ice and a layer of snow. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble! These guys truly are the back bone of the business and their customer service skills were 5*. I also spoke to the owner of the Leicester branch to book in the move and he was so helpful and patient when we were back and forth with dates. I would like to make a point that Britannia Goodwins are not the cheapest removal company out there but I would pay 10 times over to have John, Rob, Alan & Lee come to help us move again. The quality and availability they have is second to none, they even sent the team from another part of the country to complete our move as the Leicester branch were busy on that day; you simply dont get that service with any other removal company.

Dan, Lee, Ant and Adam arrived promptly on the day and had our whole house loaded in under 2 hours. Dan and Lee were just as efficient on the unload the next day, the whole team were friendly, polite and professional in their manner. Our first experience in using a company instead of doing it ourselves, and whilst an expensive endeavour to move across the country was absolutely worth the money and would highly recommend Goodwins for anyone in a similar position.

Britannia Goodwins moved us from Staffordshire to Cambridge in October. Would highly recommend. It was a three day process and Tyler, Lee, Dan, Darren and Kim were the professional, considerate and friendly team managing the whole process. They worked efficiently; packed everything with care; were flexible when we had delays on move day; and got everything into the right rooms in the new place quickly. They made the whole process straightforward and took away a lot of stress.
