I had this company do a removal for me and they stole my tv and broke my childrens belongings by throwing them in the street because i refused to pay double the amount so they originally quoted me. Kelly pauls wife told me one price then tried to charge me more absolute disgusting human beings kelly pauls partner also rang me being abusive because she couldn't find the address they had to deliver my items to even though i gave her directions multiple times.

Made a mistake on the delivery and then charged me for it. He was nice enough when emptying the house but quite angry and aggressive when he realised the error and delivered a chest of drawers hours late more cash and asked for

Addendum: I made no mistake and I was not the person who arranged the delivery or the person who paid initially. We wanted you to drop something smaller off on the way to a delivery elsewhere. I tried to ask if you were alright at the time and knew what to do, and you brushed me off. Later, when you arrived several hours late, I explained this and you still demanded more money from us and got nasty when you couldn't find one of the drawers on your van. This is certainly not personal and entirely due to the fact that you arranged one price with someone else and then demanded more from us, in cash, so we could have our chest of drawers.

I have used Paul several times for my moving/removal needs, he is timely and reliable and his rates are competitive. I also recommend his services as a handyman as he is knowledgeable on most subjects and very capable.
