I moved house with the help of UK Removals & Packaging. They arrived on time and were great guys to work with. They treated my furniture and home as if it were their own; even insisting on taking their shoes off before walking on the new carpet. I thought the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies that I've used in the past. I would highly recommend them as they obviously care about doing a great job.

I do not even know where to start with writing a review for these guys... in short, they are absolutely fantastic! They relocated me from Merthyr to Cardiff and provided an outstanding service, I genuinely cannot stress this enough. Right from the moment Paul turned up to give me a quote to the moment they left me at the new property, I cannot praise them enough.

On the day of moving, they turned up at the property promptly and from the moment they walked in, they made me feel comfortable and in safe hands, we genuinely laughed the whole day! It was like watching a game of Tetris when they were loading the van and Paul even arranged some window fitters to be at the property to remove the window to get the sofa out... it was all dealt with for me. They ensured that everything was in the right place in the new house, built my beds, plumbed my washing machine in... they went above and beyond and did more than I could ever have imagined.

I would recommend this company to anybody and everybody. They are like a well oiled machine and get the job done with such ease and professionalism, it is incredible. They are efficient, friendly and make everyone involved feel so comfortable it actually makes the day enjoyable (and who would have thought that!).

Paul, Jason and Ricky - i cannot thank you enough, the transition of moving away from home was a difficult one for many reasons but you made it a day to remember for all the right reasons and i will not forget that!

Having searched the internet for a trustworthy and affordable company to move my mum from Scotland to Wales, I came across Paul’s details. I read the reviews which all seemed very genuine. Immediately I sensed that this was a guy I could trust as he gave me some solid advice on local storage companies too, which filled me with confidence. Paul offered a good price to move my mums belongings which made me think that I should ask for a price to move us into our new house which was a matter if days away. We had hired a self drive van but I thought that two sets of extra hands wouldn’t go a miss for a few hours. Thank goodness we did as we’d underestimated how much stuff we had and Paul and his colleague were still helping us a 9pm at night. Needless to say I knew we’d booked the right man as nothing was too much trouble on both jobs. Reliable, honest, trustworthy and affordable. I would absolutely recommend. My leaning however was pack the kettle last. Sorry boys for not being able to make you a cuppa in Edinburgh.

I was on such a tight schedule, however, they made sure they have done everything they possibly can to make my life easier. Paul is such a cheerful and supportive person that he would make his customer comfortable and happy even if he decided to go for someone else’s services.

Paul and team are awesome. This is the third time we've used them, and they are excellent - extremely careful with our things, and properties. Very friendly with everyone around (young kids, helpers and others), they put everyone at ease (hard task at this stressful time) and at the same time are highly professional. Excellent service. Just had a sideboard from Furniture Village delivered and assembled by UK Removals and Packaging. They were absolutely fabulous and friendly. I cannot stress enough how professional the service was. The perfect combination of expertise and helpfulness. We need more people like them.
