GB Liners Removals & Storage - Loughborough

We knew we did the right thing booking GB liners! They arrived promptly and we were introduced to Ashleigh the crew manager. He walked his team around the house so they understood the types of items that needed to be removed.

The entire crew were courteous, friendly and very respectful of our property.
They worked so efficiently and were extremely organised!

Our completion for delayed and the team were very understanding. They were even more efficient at off-loading and again there was no damage to our brand new house!

GB Liners provided an excellent service when I moved house earlier this year. The quote was completed quickly and on moving day everything went smoothly. The team arrived on time, took great care with my belongings and were friendly and professional throughout. When we arrived at the new house they took the time to move everything into the correct room and made sure I was happy before they left. The price was fair and they helped make everything as straightforward as possible. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any house move.

We used GB liners for our move as we had used them before many years ago the crew were very helpful ,however after unpacking our last few boxes we noticed the legs missing from the TV ,as we moved in on the 23rd December contacting GB liners was not possible over Christmas , only to be told when I did contact them that the 7 days had expired to make a claim ?
As they packed and dismantled the tv I was very disappointed that the legs went missing and they didn’t want to know after the event .
We moved out of our old house on the 17th November and all items went into storage until 23rd December .
Total cost was £2239.97 we move about a mile .
Also during the move one of my large ornaments got broken but as I had packed this myself I didn’t feel the need to claim.
It will cost me £45.97 x2 for my replacement tv legs as it’s a curved tv .
So all in all a little disappointed

Can highly recommend GB liners. They moved our office contents with two twenty ton lorries and the team were excellent.

We moved from the UK to the Republic of Ireland in January 2022. Ashley Tyler and the rest of the team from GB Liners provided an excellent service at a very competitive price. They provided support for the entire process including customs and entry requirements. The packing and unloading service was efficient and careful (no breakages!) despite our having a large amount of goods to be removed, and the fact that we were moving to a very rural, out-of-the-way location in the West of Ireland. And in the middle of a COVID pandemic! We were delighted with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Leicestershire to Malta relocation. Very helpful and efficient, everything was well packed. The team was well resourced and timely. They dealt with all the customs paperwork and arranging delivery at our destinations in Malta. There was a shipping delay not helped by COVID however it was outside there control. However they kept us updated with progress throughout and with the handover with the local agent. Even after handover they maintained contact to ensure a successful move.

I really can't recommend this company enough. Our house sale didn't go smoothly and GB Liners accommodated us every step of the way. The communication from the office was constant and the guys that did the move(s) were second to none. Professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They made a very difficult time much less stressful than it could have been.
