Used A2B removals over the weekend and they were exceptional. I highly recommend them. This was my first experience with a removal company so was a little apprehensive. However, the team that showed up were great. They were very professional, handled all our possessions with care and did it with a smile on their faces. Part of our belongings had to go into a separate area for storage and they were incredibly accommodating despite a couple of curve balls. Will definitely be using them again when the time comes. We did a short move within Gloucester, and chose to go with them based on a fair price and a professional quotation which was done in person. The lads were very polite, efficient, careful with our property and completed load out/in in record time!

We had some cumbersome and delicate furniture which was expertly manoeuvred and wrapped with care to ensure not damaged in the process.

If ever we were move again I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Cracking service from Matt and the team, both packing and then moving. Including drafting in a few more of their folks at the end of a very long day to help get things finished quicker. All very friendly and kind. Worth every penny.

Booked A2B based on reviews and price. We were not disappointed. The team of three arrived in two vans and on time. After assessing where all the boxes were located they let us know their plan and started loading the boxes and items. They worked tirelessly and without causing damage. We paid a small additional cost to dismantle a desk and a bed (which took us about six hours to put together) and they had it dismantled and in the van in less than a few minutes. Highly recommend them. The only thing that could be improved is the communication prior to the move. It wasn’t bad but I like concrete confirmation that they’ll be there on the day (which they were) but maybe a phone call a day before the scheduled move just to say we will be there tomorrow at a time but this was a minor thing.

Their quote was highly competitive compared to others in the area and I'd seen their van in the neighbourhood before, which made me think others were using them and therefore they were trustworthy.

The team on the day were on time, friendly and professional - did the job really efficiently and were done by 3pm. We had asked in our quote for some dismantling/re-assembling and in the meantime we actually sold our bed and had a new one delivered on the day of the move - the team had no problem building it for us. Thank you for that!

They also offered to pick up the packing materials/boxes once we were finished with them - which saved us a trip to the tip!

Customer service however was poor - we received a quote that did not fully reflect what we asked for. Nearer the move date this quote was updated but the tone of correspondence between ourselves and the customer service team was unprofessional. This left us concerned in the days leading up to the move, especially as we had not received confirmation of payment, despite emailing and calling and we were worried that there would be problems on the day of the move.

Thankfully nothing went wrong on the day and it was all fine but the lack of customer service really should improve as we could've done without the additional stress!
