Warren’s Removals & Storage ( Worcester )

Hugely impressed by the service offered by Warren's from start to finish. They provided a competitive in-home quote, all of our packing materials and professional removal to storage and eventually our home. They were really flexible when our moving date kept moving and nothing was too much trouble. The removal guys themselves were fantastic, very friendly and polite. The whole team definitely went above and beyond. Would 100% use them again!!

My husband Chris & I cannot recommend Warren’s removals highly enough. From the first phone call with Esther to the final goodbye’s with the fabulous chaps who moved us up to Scotland we knew we had picked a brilliant company. George & Warren both came round to the house we were moving from to assess & answer any queries we may have had. This was great as in the past all we had from other companies was a video assessment over the phone. On the day of moving the chaps were prompt & worked so hard they had packed up the house by lunchtime & then they began the journey up to Scotland. The following morning they arrived bright & breezy & once again worked so hard unpacking & assembling beds etc. Nothing was damaged or broken… a miracle in itself considering the items we had!! Over the two days Chris , Dan , Luke , Lewis & George were fantastic. What a great bunch they were & what a credit they are to the company. Nothing was too much trouble. Anyone considering choosing a removal company would be hard pushed to better Warren’s professionalism & customer service.

All the team at Warrens made our move from Stafford to Worcester so much more stress free with their professionalism and friendliness.
From Luke coming to the house to quote and making us feel confident that they could deliver a stress free experience with all the work like dismantling/ re-assembly/ disconnection of washing machine and re-connecting the other end done for us.
To our phone contact with Esther who was always so friendly and efficient throughout the booking process.
Then on the day a team of 4 , with 3 vans arrived at the time stated and couldn't have put us at ease any more than they did. Chris , Dan, Tom and Luke were absolutely fantastic lads who told us to just relax while they got on with the loading. All furniture and doors protected whilst they loaded up. We had a settee which was a very tight squeeze to get though the front door, but they persevered with no panic and got it out by taking all the cushions off and re-zipping back on in the new house.
Then on arrival at our new house , all furniture positioned where we wanted it , washing machine plumbed in and they made sure we were fully happy with where everything was before departing.
We are so pleased we went with Warrens for our move. Would definitely use Warrens for any future moves , and highly recommend!

Our removal process with Warrens was 10/10 from start to finish. The video call quote was excellent, and we received all the documentation on time and in good order. On the day our move was conducted by Rory and Dale, who are a credit to Warrens. Super professional, really friendly, and hugely efficient. Warren’s removals did our house move earlier this year. They came highly recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint. It was a big move from a 5 bed to a 4 bed and they worked tirelessly over a period of 5 days to move us seamlessly. We cannot recommend Warren's highly enough. Don't go anywhere else. Warren runs a great business with him very much in the driving seat - and the team who moved us were phenomenal. They were friendly, professional, efficient, worked ridiculously hard and with no fuss whatsoever. A real 'can do' attitude.
We will be telling all our friends about Warren's and definitely using them if we move again in the future. If we could give them a 5* +++ rating, we would.

Genuinely amazed at how smooth Warrens made the whole process. A friendly video call to see the workload and I was given a quote and availability very quickly. The lads who came out were fully kitted out with protective materials, spares, lifting equipment, multiple vans… the whole lot. They were extremely friendly and patient as we waited for our keys from the developer. I rarely leave reviews but I honestly would urge anybody who is moving to save your peace of mind and go with Warrens who make a normally stressful job absolutely stress free. Probably the most upfront, straightforward and competent company I have ever had the pleasure of using.

Huge thanks to the team at Warren's for making our move smooth and simple. The guys were very professional in both collection and drop off as well as being very personable! Warren's were very flexible in allowing us to move out of our house and into storage for only a few days before moving back out into the new house. Really loved that they not only provided packing materials and boxes but these were then collected after we had unpacked (there was not pressure to rush this) so that they could be used again for future moves. Both useful and environmentally minded! Also impressed that while collecting and storing our things, all outdoor furniture and peripherals were collected on a separate van and stored separately to our indoor stuff, including outdoor storage of external potted plants.
