Smooth, friendly and efficient move! Had a fantastic move with the Moving Solution. Full packing service was brilliant, quick and well organised.
Had same team for pack and move, keep me posted and asked questions when needed!
Highly recommended!

Got a quick response to my request and was able to do it with pictures over email. When the removals men turned up they were really quick at packing the van. At the other end we were there before the keys were released. The guys got a bite to eat and when I got the keys were just as fast in unloading. No fuss. Delighted with the service.

So happy that we chose Moving Solutions for our 3 hour cross country move last month. David was very professional and extremely polite and responsive to all our initial enquiries and finalising dates etc. On the day, the removal team were exceptionally brilliant, taking good care of all our possessions and clearing the house quicker than we expected. At the new house, they took the time and care to read the labels on the box and put them in the correct rooms and lug all the heavy furniture to our desired positions too. They were a jolly bunch with some great humour. Really happy and would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Offered anything but a solution. Cancelled 4.30pm the night before our move!

We have two children under two so wanted as stress free a move as possible. With no family nearby we opted to book a full packing and removal service with the Moving Solution so that we could look after the children and just oversee the move.

Dave called at 4.30pm and said two drivers had covid and there was nothing he could do. He said he tried everyone he knew, including agency workers and no luck. I pushed him for who he contacted and it had been 3 companies and some agencies…. He’d known for hours that he wouldn’t be able to carry out our move so that really isn’t good enough! In the 30 mins we had to find a replacement, we’d managed to contact at least 8 companies.

It transpired the staff had received their positive covid tests at 12.30!! So…

- The drivers will have called in sick before this
- At the very least, I could have had 4 more hours to find a solution
- I could have arranged for family members to travel down to help us
- I could have started packing in case we couldn’t find another company

Utterly shocking communication.

It was 4.30 pm, we’d be in breech of contract if we were still in our property 20 hours later, and had a house which was completely unpacked.

Instead of a stress free move, we were in B&Q panic buying boxes and packing items at 6pm and packing until midnight in case our replacement removal company didn’t show.

Dave was apologetic, albeit he didn’t sound too sincere in his tone, and offered compensation to the tune of £200. Utterly ridiculous given the replacement service cost us an extra £1500. On top of this, the replacement service had a smaller van so we needed to hire a van ourselves to assist in the move!

I have never been more let down, stressed and disappointed in my life.

The complete opposite of the stress free move we had planned for. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

A big thank you to Andrews removals. They couldn’t move us but spent an hour ringing round all of their contacts at 5pm trying to find a replacement service for us.

The move went very smoothly, the chaps were professional and friendly. They took care with all my belongings.
This service is good value for money and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone on the move. Thank you. 😊

I contacted The Moving Solution for mums house move on so many occasions as nothing went to plan yet David pulled one out of the bag on every occasion to accommodate mums move. A very short notice completion date on the sale took us by surprise but David organised for the lorry to come & get mums stuff out of her house & into storage. The removals team were brilliant & added much light hearted humour on a stressful day! I will be forever grateful that they were so persistent in their efforts to get mums sofa out of her house! We really thought at one stage it would have to stay but their teamwork skills working together was fantastic!
Then the move to the new house came unexpectedly quickly & again David was brilliant with his prompt responses on every occasion & even accommodated the change in dates & juggled it around the lorry’s service date too.
The Team brought everything back out of storage & helped put things in the right places & again made a stressful day much more manageable with their humour!
My mum is 82 now & had not moved in 61 years but the Team made the whole thing a happy, memorable experience & we are very glad we chose this company.

This is a fantastic service and a great company.

If you are moving home I would highly recommend them above all others, we have moved several times and they have been the best by far!

During an extremely stressful period of buying a home and all the accompanying stressed they were an oasis of friendliness and professionalism! The day couldn't have gone better.

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant service! I wish I could give more than five stars for the great service and friendly easy nature of the guys!
