Polite staff and I think there is the option of female staff too, if requested when booking the job. 5 Stars plus thanks for moving those heavy and cobweb laden items to enable access to the load.

Horrible experience. We agreed on an hour and day of collection and delivery and a price. But the previous day to the date agreed, the transporter decided to pick up items without warning, he took them to my house and I was not present. The next day he asked for more money for a second delivery, while the responsibility was exclusively his. He threatened not to deliver the goods if he was not paid the price he asked for. Before this blackmail I had to pay the amount requested. Avoid this gangster at all costs.

Booked collection, the removal people turned up and were unable to get the sofa out the door. They then drove off leaving the persons house trashed and with the sofa half out the door. Five mins later I had a call from the person to say her and her house mate had managed to get the sofa out of the house. The sofa is now sat outside and the driver is not answering any messages or calls. Terrible service!

Helped us with a move, brilliant. On time, very hard working, friendly and polite. A great help to us in tricky circumstances and carried on with a smile on their faces all day. Would recommend to anyone!

Great fast service, item collected and delivered safely within 24 hours of enquiring, and better value than Parcelforce etc. Great communication too, would certainly recommend!

I hope that Michael Cordner sees this message and the whole thing is a big misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I have my doubts! Micheal agreed to do the job and even did some research. Everything was fine and I paid in full, even though he requested 50%. Micheal said he would send a receipt via email but it would be later as he was busy. This has never been received.
On the day we had arranged, Michael was sick and said we should rearrange. I said no problem and reached out to the seller, just to keep them in the loop. Sadly, this is where currently, things have gone bad. It has now been 10 days and I have not heard anything. I have left voicemails and sent numerous texts but no response whatsoever. The product has now gone and so a refund is all that is required. I hope that Michael sees this, gets in contact (please send me contact details or an email, or I can give mine) and refunds the money and everything is rectified, but at this time PLEASE DO NOT USE MICHAEL AS HE MAY WELL TAKE YOUR MONEY, disappear and then GHOST YOU….lucky this was £165 only. A larger sum, in todays tough world could really hurt someone financially. (All texts are kept just for proof).

I've never felt compelled to leave a bad review, but Mike deserves this. He let down my elderly disabled father today - he had come to see a local removals job in Cambridge, offered a price, and then decided he didn't want the job, and just drove off, having dumped my Dad's disabled badges he was using for his van by the entrance to an apartment block. The way he acted was astonishingly unprofessional and the words I would like to use to describe him and his attitude are not permissible on this review. Avoid at all costs if you're sensible.

...he was on time to pick up my fridge...he made a detour mmmmh...but I forgave him as he was such great help monovoring the fridge into my snug...of course we all observed social distance....keeping this number for another day...
