SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!!!! I was left devastated by my experience with this man and his friend a dustman who was helping. We ordered 3 people for a 2 bedroom move for 3 hours. We even brought down half the stuff ourselves, the driver (and manager) only left the van three times to grab units. So we paid for 3 and got one, manager was so rude and horrible. It was just me (disabled) and my sister and we had paid upfront so there was nothing we could do. Was slow to fill time, as I said only person actually was removing, manager refused to fill the van higher than knee level (which we all know is ridiculous or how do they take wardrobes?). Manager refused to go and collect the rest, he just sat down in the van and then came up to ask me for an extra half hour cost (which I paid) he even tried to charge ulez each time he passed through despite there being a daily charge only. I was left absolutely stranded and £400 poorer having paid for 3 workers, there was only one so things were much slower. He Tried to charge £90 petrol for a 10 minute drive. Despite paying for maisonette no bags/boxes where taken upstairs! And apart from the bags and boxes, plus mattresses, a desk and 2 living room units were as much as I got- NO other items were removed/collected. Just shocking. DO NOT USE ESPECIALLY DO NOT PAY UP FRONT!
