Edward Miles has done several moves for me. It is instantly obvious why he and his team are truly in a league of their own within this industry. Polite, courteous, well kept and well mannered. They are extremely hard working and have all the relevant skills (especially when it comes to moving precious goods and fine art). Edward has never let me down and i would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone of my friends or colleagues.

I cannot recommend Edward Miles highly enough. Edward moved us from Fulham to the country in September. We have moved many times over the years but never have we encountered such an outstanding service. Edward is an absolute delight to deal with - nothing is too much trouble - and he is backed up by an extremely experienced and professional team. Wonderful guys, fantastic service. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Edward Miles was impeccable. They possess the rare combination of quality & efficient service and a genuine concern for the customer's experience. The ability to resolve problems quickly and creatively and the willingness to point out things I had not thought of made, or that they thought might be a concern for me genuinely made me feel 100% assured that I was in safe hands. I have moved over 20 times in my life and this is the first time I have ever felt 100% satisfied. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The initial quote was done by video call, which was a friendly and personal introduction to EM and gave me reassurance that everything in the quote was accurate and accounted for, and that there would be no surprises.
On move day, the team turned up on time and were friendly, wonderfully swift and efficient. My move turned into an awful farce because of late completion on my sale, which resulted in the van waiting outside my new flat for 3 hours, then having to return 100 miles from the south coast to London and go into storage. The team in the van were amazingly patient and understanding, and there was constant communication from the head office during this time. The van returned the next morning to unload, again, quickly and professionally.
The initial quotes were very competitive, and the extra costs incurred for the delays, extra mileage and overnight storage were reasonable.
I was very happy that I chose EM, and even though after all that stress I never want to move again, I would recommend them without any reservation to anyone who needs a removal.

Right from the start the service was seamless. Edward did a great video call to assess the scope and turned around a proposal speedily. All the parking permits were efficiently handled, and the team over the two days were exceptional: calm, professional, engaging and very efficient. Not a single item was damaged. Very happy to recommend. A great local service.

Recommended by my Estate Agent (she had used Edward Miles herself) and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided, in particular, in terms of the care and attention given to handling everything from cherished items down to flower pots and footstools. Quote based on video survey - easily done. Cheery fellows arrived early and nothing was too much trouble from disassembling couches & beds to carefully packing a home’s contents into a storage unit. Excellent value-for-money to boot. Can’t recommend them highly enough. UK removal undertaken early March 2021.

Both my parents and us were really impressed by them for two separate moves - it really was stress free and smooth which was particularly important as my mum is being treated with chemo and I am 8 months pregnant. We will be recommending Edward Miles to our friends for sure! Great people who really do care.
