We had a fantastic experience. Not only was it good value for money, the guys had such a brilliant attitude, matched by their experience and professionalism - moving us across East London (E14 to E17). Couldn't be happier, would defo recommend.

Thank you so, so much. Unbelievable service. I didn’t get the drivers name which is completely my fault as I was so flustered and anxious about moving, I didn’t ask. Had a wonderful chat with him as we drove from North West London to South West London. As a single woman, it can be very daunting moving and the company and driver have been nothing short of amazing. Fantastic, caring, helpful and seamless service. I could not recommend enough. I am truly grateful that you made one of the most stressful things a person can experience so easy and stress free. I will be recommending you to all of my friends and colleagues and will not hesitate to use your service in the future.

If it was possible to give 6 stars I would happily do it.
We had to push back our moving time last minute and we got a confirmation within minutes.
Both movers were professional, quick and very helpful.
Having moved 3 dozen boxes with wine and other fragile items all of it arrived in pristine condition.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.

Booked them 9 days before our moving date and then on the day itself, they couldn't help us because of a delay (or whatever it was) and sent another company. The other company were great but they were 2 hours later than we arranged, which really screwed up our day. We had to cancel our cleaner and clean the property ourselves. I reached out to GT Removals afterwards to tell them about the inconvenience and they ignored me.

They both were super friendly and super efficient at the job. They were quick but at the same time respectful enough to care not to damage anything and they were super nice and it was a pleasure working with them both. I’ll choose this company again for moving anytime!

I was very happy with the service and will definitely use it again. Just wanted to mention that the driver I was assigned (his name Im not sure how to spell) was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and professional!

The worst customer experience that I have ever experienced. Rude and disrespectful only because I cancelled on the day of move (I still covered the full price, as required in case of last minute changes). Before I spoke with the office to agree on how to make the payment, the driver was trying to threaten me that he knew my address and he would come to collect the cash. Avoid this company at any cost!
