Their office staff and the people who came with the truck are very helpful and friendly. Even though it was a bit pricey, they were very professional. Nothing was damaged while moving or assembling. And they took the cardboard boxes with them when they finished.

Would use again without hesitation, from getting a quote to unpacking our belongings in busy Hong Kong, we felt like they were experiencing our exciting move with us!

At first they seemed like they had a good service. However after i booked I have had to do all the chasing.
When they collected my items which were going from UK to USA i paid extra for certain items to be wrapped and palletted however they did not pallet the items as the guy was running late. (The packing guys however were excellent and informed us of everything- more than the office staff ever did) my brother had to release the delivery as I am in the USA and he was the one who told me this. NOT ONE THING was communicated. However when i called up (as im in the USA) they were fully aware and did not communicate this with me. So I pay extra for something that was not carried out? After emails back and forth they explained they will pallet the items at the warehouse- quite frankly i dont trust them as i wanted my brother to watch them pack it correctly- as this is just one of the many incidents that has occurred so far- honestly i dont know if my funiture will even get here in one piece at this point, its very saddening as i have waited so long for it to come. I then get told it will be leaving the UK port and tracking information will be sent to me, and what a surprise it has not! Honestly if i knew that their service was this rubbish and their lack of communication was this terrible i would not of gone with them. Unfortunately it was too late for me to change or cancel so i had to follow through. But i do not recommend, they just add extra stress to your move and i dont think they even know what they are doing.

We got a number of quotes and PSS was the best. The whole move went as promised. We decided to take more stuff at the last minute but the guys didn't complain. Highly recommend PSS for international removals.

At 1st they seem professional but it was only after we paid a non refundable deposit that they made us aware of additional costs when our shipping would arrive and also insurance costs. We took out full insurance. Not only did our shipping arrive in Australia from the UK 3 months late our designer furniture, bedwardrobes ect was damaged and 2 boxed did not arrive. They only paid out 30% of what it was worth after we got professional quotes for repairs and replacement. If we knew this we would have sold everything rather than ship it. I would honestly use any other company but this one.

I booked PSS to move us from UK to Australia July 2021 as I had used them before several years ago. However, the people that turned up to pack the house were actually Anglo Pacific, not PSS. PSS had sub contracted out. Anglo Pacific have terrible reviews and I would not have used PSS had I known it would not be PSS staff doing the move. The "kids" who did the packing were clearly not well trained and we had lots of stuff damaged. So, be aware that PSS sub contract out. I would definitely not use them again.

We shipped 2 boxes from the UK to Australia - via sea. Trying to get a hold of the customer service team to come and pick up my packages was an absolute nightmare. It took them forever to get back to me.
The boxes were picked up on the 10th August, and we were given an ETA of 28th October. It is now 14th December and we have just received information that our shipment won't be in Sydney until 26th December. It has taken 4 months to get these packages! I have had to constantly email to find out what's going on. Their customer service is severely lacking! Would never use again!!!!!

Since November, I have repeatedly tried to organise a collection and transfer from the UK to AUS, on both occasions the drivers failed to arrive. No emails, phone calls or any kind of notifications advising that the collection wouldn't occur. 6 weeks later, I am back in AUS and still trying to organise this collection. There is NO response to any of my emails and when I phone in I am placed on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!
