Terrible experience. Please use a company that belongs to trade associations so you have back up when things go wrong. Their vans are single axis with no tailgate. Very tatty. Total load cannot exceed 1000kgs so not good for house moves. Double axis Lutons can take 3.5 tonne. They quote 3.5 tonne vans so be warned. They charged £816 for extra van and police fine. Refused to deliver until we paid this. They later emailed evidence of the fine. IT'S DATED THE DAY BEFORE OUR REMOVAL!!! Total cost in excess of £2,300 for distance of 190 miles with no white goods, only few items of usual furniture for elderly relative. Reported to Trading Standards. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs. They made the move extremely distressing by holding our elderly relatives furniture to ransom for extra payment, when already paid in full. They also have a furniture shop and storage! Check out and seek their real reviews on many sites. They respond to truthful reviews with absurd lies to try and discredit the customer.
