I had a stressful purchase process which Bravo were really supportive and accommodating of at the start. At the point I got the move date I called three times to ensure this was possible and booked in, on the final call on the Tuesday before the move I found they hadn't actually booked me in and couldn't do the date.

Excellent experience overall: London to Paris. With endless pitfalls associated with a move, stress levels naturally run high, and one of the biggest factors was our moving company. I did some due diligence before hand (about 15 companies) and ended up with Bravo as the contact person, Richard, was very punctual, friendly and professional. The movers arrived at the time they indicated, speaking fluent english and were very professional in how they packed the truck. The truck actually arrived at the destination in Paris before I had arrived, despite giving me a heads up (i did not navigate the traffic as well). They were perfectly okay to wait 15 minutes before I arrived. The unpacking was as professional as the initial loading.

Overall, prices were transparent, movers were friendly, and the job was done as advertised -> which took a load of stress off our shoulders.

Fantastic service from Bravo removals. They were on time, quick at starting the job and carful packing our belongings. If we move again we wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.

Great service thank you. The move was from Hertfordshire to Co Louth, Ireland and due to bad weather ferries were cancelled and the guys had to drive to Scotland and were delayed there. They had a difficult time but they still made it so smooth for me. Highly recommended. Thanks

Avoid this company! They over promised and under delivered massively. They damaged, broke and lost many of our items. I have been chasing them to compensate us for all the issues they caused but, even though they acknowledged they broke damaged and lost some items, they just play dead and refuse to compensate for anything. They are just running a cheap service and disappear once they have pocketed your money!

The team was very professional and kind (very rare nowadays). Moved from London to Paris in August and all schedules were respected in a timely manner. The driver kept us informed of his travel progress from London to Paris. All our items arrived safely in one piece, nothing broken! I will highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks for your help!
