I have utilised the services of Extra Mile Removals on 2 occasions and I have not been disappointed by the professionalism, care, kindness and helpfulness of Earland and his team. Even in situations that have arisen, Earland has communicated with me and made me feel listened to and understood.

I was let down at the last minute by a removal company and only had a couple of hours to get a mattress picked up and delivered. I called Earl who had just finished work for the day, explained the situation and he said YES! What an absolute star. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with Earl and his team mate. He went above and beyond to get an extremely cumbersome and heavy bed up a flight of stairs and into my flat... I honestly think the majority of people would have looked at it and said no can do... THANK YOU EARL! cannot recommend higher. Earl was brilliant he helped get all our stuff into our new flat from NW to SE in record speed. He was super friendly and positive, just what we needed on a stressful day. Couldn't recommend enough.

The name really does sum up what this firm is all about. I moved on a very tight timescale and Earl and Kevin were able to come at very short notice. My packing could not have been more disorganised and I had far too much to fit into the storage I had booked. In addition to this I have hurt my back so couldn't lift anything, and you can't park all that near my flat. They were both so patient and helpful and got me sorted and on the road in no time, and also helped pack up my storage so it is really organised and tidy. I am so grateful to both of them, and the price was very reasonable. If you are moving, I would really recommend you give Earl a call.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I really would. Earl helped me moved under extremely difficult circumstances (namely, the Blackwell tunnel being shut and throwing traffic in SE London into utter chaos). Through it all he and his team persevered to get my belongings to me as soon as they could.

Earl and the team are extremely professional. They arrived on time, moved everything safely and even took care of my beloved plants. They were very friendly, even with how tedious the day became due to issues with traffic. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you EMV Removals!
