Moving out of my 2nd floor flat (with no lift) these guys made the moving process much easier than I was expecting. I was moving a lot to storage (including a 4 seater sofa that practically had to be built in the room it was in), but Tristan and his two guys Mike and Rick made light work of it. Friendly, prompt, good value for money and very careful with the furniture, I will definitely be contacting them when I need to move it all from storage to our next property.
They really made the move a lot less stressful than it could have been!

Tristan was blunter than we would have liked, but his communication was undoubtedly responsive, clear, and honest.
Furthermore, the gents Donovan and Jason who turned up on the day itself (on time), were friendly, professional, and really careful in how they handled our things (they were happy to listen when we pointed out the heavier or more valuable bits). They were also obliging about keeping masks on and using hand sanitiser etc (we moved during the March 2021 pandemic ).
The value of this firm is also really good. We shopped around a bit and the AYJ Removals quote was easily best value for a Luton + 2 guys, and they were efficient and smooth at all points.

Very happy and would use again. (note, we moved from London to Bristol).
