Totally professional, great attention to detail , friendly and good value too.
Would highly recommend to anyone - if we need anything moving again in the future we will certainly call Simon.
These guys worked relentlessly, quickly, cautiously and with a great sense of humour. There were four lads and they somehow managed to get everything in one load. They didn’t time waste and had come straight from another job so we’re already pretty tired.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very personable guys, and trustworthy with valuable or fragile items. They did not question having to walk everything for a reasonable distance when loading due to parking restrictions and had no problem carrying a lot of boxes (most heavy) and large furniture items up several flights of stairs for the unload. They were on hand with tools to dismantle and rebuild any furniture that might cause issues going up stairs or around tight corners.
These guys are the best in the business, communicative, reliable, hard working and above all decent people. They work hard to make sure you are happy and both my other half and I were over the moon.
100% the best in the business and extremely well priced. You would be hard pushed to find 4 men, a van and a work ethic for such great value.
Thanks guys. 🙏🙏
We did have a problem with the narrow access road that had overhanging branches, blocking the van. Simon and the team worked through - completely calm and in control, cut back the branches and back to task in hand.
Moving house is stressful - Pronto helped relieve the of the pressure at such a time.
Before the removal day - I spoke several times with Simon and shared what I knew of current address and new. I identified that we had a lot of stuff to move and the standard Luton van might not be big enough - would a 7.5 ton van be better?
Not in our case! The front entrance has difficult parking and steep steps up to the house. The best route to was via the narrow access road I mentioned earlier. The van was an ideal compromise of size/manoeuvrability - it did require two trips but as this was a local move this didn't impact on time/money.
They really saved the best until last - in the last of the remaining light the second load was safely unloaded - they then had to reverse the narrow access road - in the dark guided by torches!
Well done all round. Ignore the moaners in the other comments - you get out what you put in. Clairvoyant removal men are a rare breed - instead share what you know: parking arrangements at the origin and destination. If you fail to prepare you are preparing to fail.
In my case I couldn't suspend parking with less than 5 days notice - I tried calling council and recorded their reply, ready to play it back to traffic warden. Worse case scenario - pay the fine. If paid early it could easily be equal to parking suspension, which isn't free either.
He and his team were amazing and friendly and nothing was too much for them despite working on the hottest day; they all worked with smiles in their faces.
I would recommend them without hesitation.
