Simon and his team worked hard and quickly to move us out and move us back in five months later after some building work.
Totally professional, great attention to detail , friendly and good value too.
Would highly recommend to anyone - if we need anything moving again in the future we will certainly call Simon.

I used to work at a storage warehouse and having been highly impressed by Simon and his team took his details to recommend him to customers. I cannot do this highly enough, he's professional, knowledgeable and honest as well as always being highly competitive on price. Really knows his stuff and can plan every step of everything from moving a few items to a house move to keep things simple and stress free. Customers always loved how friendly he was, by recommending him our reputation was on the line and there isn't anyone else we would have trusted.

We had a pretty epic task on our hands for a move that was not too far in distance but we seemed to have a lot of pieces and heavy items.

These guys worked relentlessly, quickly, cautiously and with a great sense of humour. There were four lads and they somehow managed to get everything in one load. They didn’t time waste and had come straight from another job so we’re already pretty tired.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very personable guys, and trustworthy with valuable or fragile items. They did not question having to walk everything for a reasonable distance when loading due to parking restrictions and had no problem carrying a lot of boxes (most heavy) and large furniture items up several flights of stairs for the unload. They were on hand with tools to dismantle and rebuild any furniture that might cause issues going up stairs or around tight corners.

These guys are the best in the business, communicative, reliable, hard working and above all decent people. They work hard to make sure you are happy and both my other half and I were over the moon.

100% the best in the business and extremely well priced. You would be hard pushed to find 4 men, a van and a work ethic for such great value.

Thanks guys. 🙏🙏

Simon, Dan and Aaron did an excellent job doing a house removal. Arrived on time, packed the van carefully and unloaded the other end. Twice. £65 per hour for a 3 man team gets the job done efficiently. Competitively priced according to rates and availability at the time.

We did have a problem with the narrow access road that had overhanging branches, blocking the van. Simon and the team worked through - completely calm and in control, cut back the branches and back to task in hand.

Moving house is stressful - Pronto helped relieve the of the pressure at such a time.

Before the removal day - I spoke several times with Simon and shared what I knew of current address and new. I identified that we had a lot of stuff to move and the standard Luton van might not be big enough - would a 7.5 ton van be better?
Not in our case! The front entrance has difficult parking and steep steps up to the house. The best route to was via the narrow access road I mentioned earlier. The van was an ideal compromise of size/manoeuvrability - it did require two trips but as this was a local move this didn't impact on time/money.

They really saved the best until last - in the last of the remaining light the second load was safely unloaded - they then had to reverse the narrow access road - in the dark guided by torches!

Well done all round. Ignore the moaners in the other comments - you get out what you put in. Clairvoyant removal men are a rare breed - instead share what you know: parking arrangements at the origin and destination. If you fail to prepare you are preparing to fail.

In my case I couldn't suspend parking with less than 5 days notice - I tried calling council and recorded their reply, ready to play it back to traffic warden. Worse case scenario - pay the fine. If paid early it could easily be equal to parking suspension, which isn't free either.

Simon and his team managed to squeeze our house move in last minute with only 48hrs notice to ensure we were in our new home before Christmas. Highly recommended and better value than a lot of removal firms out there in the Surrey area.

Simon and his team helped me with very short notice. I was a bit overwhelmed as I was downsizing and there was a lot more in my loft and stuff to take than anticipated by both of us- he sorted another van almost immediately on arrival!
He and his team were amazing and friendly and nothing was too much for them despite working on the hottest day; they all worked with smiles in their faces.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Simon and his team have helped everyone I have ever recommended to him. He has saved chains of properties from collapse, helped good friends of mine and of course myself too. I would recommend Simon to anyone and everyone. If you need someone reliable, personable and transparent - Simon is just that.

Absolutely superb service from Simon. At very short notice, he managed to be ready extremely quickly and was very friendly from start to finish. On top of that, his van is huge which helps to remove everything in one go. Thanks again Simon, Top Pronto Man !
