Exceptional service. Looking for mover in a city I am not used to was very stressful! Until I found Sam from Giant Removals. I too was surprised by the 5 star reviews... like it's not possible to not have one bad experience right? Wrong. These guys are amazing! They are very efficient, polite and professional. They took such good care of my stuff - despite carrying everything to second floor without a lift - making the whole experience much less daunting. They definitely warrant the 5/5 stars and I cannot recommend them enough! I will be using them in the future and have passed their details to all my friend. Thanks once again Sam and Jacob :-)

A friend recently moved out of his flat and called Giant Removals. As I needed to move out as well, he recommended this company to me. Since this friend of mine told me how good Giant Removals is, I had great expectations.

Still, I was slightly stressed about moving out. I should have not, as Giant Removals were simply AMAZING. They provided a top notch service, taking care of all our furniture, making sure it arrived at the new place without a single scratch. On top of that, the only item they had to disassemble was a bed-frame, and they had quite an hard time as most of the screws were stripped (I remember when I bought this second-hand the screws were already in a pretty bad shape). Still, not only they managed to make it work, but they even replaced some of the screws and were able to reassemble the bed at the new place. In all of that, I booked them for 4 hours and they finished the job in 3 hours 20. Honestly, their service was really impressive. You can really tell this team is made of professionals, and the value for the quality of service you get is great. Should I need to move out again, I know who to call.

We got same day booking within 2 hours after we were dumped by a moving company we had already booked, they literally saved us! Sam was extremely professional and helpful, everything ran very smoothly. Very competitive price for the services provided, definitely recommended.
