I have worked with Edwards over ten years on 7 moves and 3 separate storage requirements. The teams are super professional, they take personal care and attention when packing and moving all my items - and I had a lot of art and quite fragile furniture. In addition the team in the office are so helpful and handle all the details. I have also used the unpacking service and the ladies so professional and helpful and really thoughtful on where they place items. Great people at a great company, highly recommend!

I have, along with many of my friends and family, used Edwards removals for over 10 years. Their consistency of excellent service from the office to the "man on the van" is second to none. I think it is also testament to the company that Sandra at HQ has been there and spoken to me from day 1 and in these days of turnover of staff her "being there" says a lot.
Their unpacking service is a godsend - those girls (again be there for a long time) are so lovely and put things just where you want them. That service really does take (some of) the stress out of moving!!!

Edwards assisted with my 5 bedroom house move with full packing. Was extremely stressed about the whole house move situation with delays in our chain and moving such a large property. With so many companies to choice from I was not sure who to pick but decided on Edwards as the move plan which was quoted made sense. Even though it was split over more days than other companies I didn’t want to risk trying to rush everything and after seeing it done first hand I’m glad I picked this company as they made the move go so smoothly and can’t thank them enough! If I ever need to move again I will be sure to come back (Hopefully never as I wouldn’t be able to deal with the stress of a chain and solicitors)

The team who turn up to do the packing is always excellent - I have used them 4 times over 25 years. However, having moved in the summer 2020 with everything going into their storage, they feel comfortable charging me double - twice the amount that it cost to pack and move from my previous house, two long days work - to take and unload my belongings from storage in a single day and justified it because the 125 mile journey was 'a long way to go' I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use them again.

We contacted Edwards Removals for a quote. A virtual inspection of the property was arranged a few days later. During the inspection I showed the flat and answered some questions. Got told a quotation will be sent over in a few days. Never received anything.
The company operates under two different brand names, so it's probably worth spending some time checking reviews for both to have a better picture.
