Highly recommended service! Really polite and friendly staff, took great care of my belongings and got me moved into the new place with absolutely no bother! I would definitely use it again.

First class services AAA+ removed an item from home to hampstead, guys were professional, on time better than the traditional companies out there . I will use them again for any removal of goods @ home also been recommending friends to use them , so far 5 have given them a call so far so good. Keep the good work guys.

Firstly after booking for these guys to pack up my house, move me and unpack me 2 months before actually moving, they then turned up with a) no idea they were packing my stuff and b) no packing material.

After an hour and half of waiting for them to return with my packaging, / second removals man turns up. At first he seems nice and helpful but very quickly he begins to tell me off for not booking this service (which I did) making nasty comments and telling me they had to be done by 5 which would have been impossible.

I was so stressed and packing my whole house. At times they were ok but overall just seemed annoyed to be there.

At one point they came in the house and took all their stuff and drove off - when I finally got hold of the man I booked with he tells me they were moving because of a traffic warden (parking was free that day, and why take all your stuff from my house if you are returning?!)

Finally they leave at 5 after making me cry about 3 times - afterwhich 2 amazing, kind, helpful men turn up from some outsourced company to help me finish - thank god for them is all I can say.

I recently moved to Spain using Removex and thanks to Hadi and his team my move was very smooth. I must have tried their patience to the limit with my constant calls to their office but Hadi just gave me total peace of mind - thank you. I would recommend them to my friends & family any time.

Timewasting incompetents who couldn't provide a quote, in urgent circumstances, for more than a week. Utter waste of time. I would avoid this company under any circumstances as you'll just spend time on the phone and writing emails with nothing getting done.

Used their services for european move. Poor communication and services as a whole, had to pay the driver to unload the truck who didn't care that this was covered and already paid. Impossible to get removex on the phone for explanation. They changed boxes so that no garantuee that all things picked at my house were all arrived, no paper trail with the transporter. You go at your own risks.

Neither of the phone numbers listed are answered. The store on Caledonian road which is listed as open definitely isn't open & doesn't even seem to be a removex store though it is some kind of postage/shipping place. Walked up to get packing boxes and now have to find somewhere else .
