It was such a good experience. All the process Was very smooth from getting a quote to moving the stuff.
The driver was very friendly, proficient and punctual.
I would love to book other jobs with them soon again.

We had issues with another company but this one stepped in last minute and sorted us out. They were very responsive and I was able to message them to sort out the solution. The driver was helpful so I'd highly recommend using this company.

Didn't arrive on time (40 minutes late). I ordered a medium sized van which would have had ALOT of spare room as I was only looking to move a few small items. Because a (very) small coffee table wasn't on the list, they refused to take it (with the spare room in the van - you could probably have fit ten of these coffee tables). They (two people) then said the small double bed frame wouldnt fit into the lift (I managed to do this by myself when moving in) and refused to take it. So I had to further disassemble it myself before they would. Before I disassembled it further, I suggested if they could use the stairs. They said that would cost £150.00. Crazy. The one star is because I was able to book at short notice. Will not use again.

Excellent experience - my driver was very punctual (early actually!) and was very nice and helped me lots. Would defo book again.

Booked to move 2 x two seater sofas, the booking was easy and the contact was extremely good. The movers came early and were extremely professional, it made moving so easy! Really friendly team too, would definitely use again!

Bit of a mixed bag on this one.

Our movers were GREAT. Super hard working and nothing (not even our massive plants!) was damaged. They brought straps, blankets, etc., were very patient when I remembered an entire closet of musical instruments last minute, even carried my kombucha SCOBY up front with them so it would be happy😂 Really lovely guys and I'm very grateful for their incredible help.

On the other hand, I'm unimpressed with the communication of the company today. After confirming all was good on Saturday, I received a text message on Sunday that their drivers were "severely delayed" because of the weather. Moving day (Monday) comes and the company is meant to give me an approximate arrival time of the drivers at 10:00am. Didn't hear from them... we ended up calling/texting quite a number of times, only to receive inaccurate arrival times. Long story short: we booked the van for 11:00, it didn't arrive until 19:00.

The company compensated for the late arrival by sending 3 guys instead of 1 (!!!!!).... but unfortunately we had to find emergency overnight childcare for our daughter because she didn't have a bed to sleep in tonight due to the delay, and a family member booked a day of holiday to help us move and that was wasted. It just seems like the company needs to set their guys up for success better by building in adequate buffer time to accommodate for weather, traffic, customer delays, etc.

Avoid this company at all cost.

We are utterly disgusted with this company, truly disappointed and left us with a deep trauma using the mover service from this company. This company so unprofessional and fails to deliver it services.

We paid booking for the movers 2 weeks in advance, and during the agreed day, we wait for hours and the mover did not come. We even had to call them up and ask what's going on, and they answer they give is to wait for a call back, and we did not receive any call at all. We've made tons of call and nothing was resolved. They did not even send a replacement mover and we have to deal with the delay of moving, plus issue with the landlord. We also lost valuable time and energy due to this matter.

We are demanding for full refund and compensation due to this matter. Else we will have to bring this to the higher authority.

We have also email them 3 times, and we did not receive any reply at all. Why are you ignoring to my emails?
