Great team, last minute booking due to be let down by one of the big boys! Saved us money, and job done smoothly. Guys were really happy to position furniture too. Highly recommended.

I moved house 14 times in as many years. A year ago Steve did a fantastic job with my move including packing. I was so confident that I actually prepaid for my onward move at the time. So when I moved again last week I was pretty confident that I'd have a great experience. Unfortunately it's been the opposite. He gave less than 24 hours notice that his team wouldn't be showing up to pack as planned but promised that as he now has a much better team it would be ok and they'd get the pack and move all sorted in one day. On that day the whole team was present for the full day so it was impossible for them to do that even though they knew I had a firm deadline to be out of the old house. 2 lads came back to finish the job off a day later and I feel sorry for then because they must have been on the road for 14 hours hauling stuff around... however they had little packing experience and were very frustrated with the situation I was facing. Furniture was left in the driveway (and got soaked overnight in the rain), an assembled wardrobe was left in my entrance hallway with Steve's personal promise that he'd be back on Monday to put in the bedroom as contracted. So many items have been damaged due to the haste of the team trying to just get through it all. And since then Steve has not showed up after over a week, he's ignored all of my messages, calls and voicemails and has ghosted me even though he pleaded for an extra £850 which I also paid in full. The business clearly isn't able to cope with a complete lack of admin and organisational support, missed promises and a lack of responsibility by the owner. I am now having to take the case against Steve formally as he has given no other recourse.

Steve and his team did a brilliant job for us. They organised all of our belongings very carefully, which made unpacking so much easier. And nothing was broken. They took down and rebuilt lots of furniture, including our bed, which saved us loads of time. Highly recommended.

Brilliant removal company, I wouldn't consider anyone else, definitely choose these guys. The team of removal men are polite and work fast and efficiently. Steven, who runs the company, is a genuinely lovely person and does everything within his power to make the moving process as easy as possible. 5 star service.

Absolutely fantastic removers, from booking to delivery, can't fault the service provided by these absolute diamonds. Unfortunately this isn’t a pleasant review and I’ve left us no option I have to try and contact the company via alternative routes seen as they have blocked our number and they’re not answering our calls or emails for the outstanding money to all the furniture that was broken in their removal. They were late very late promising to collect our stuff on a Monday night to be able to transport our things on a Tuesday. They didn’t arrive until Tuesday afternoon with my life already having to have gone to the new house all new couple are moving in to our old house. But we were told we would get we didn’t not one garden van and one household van and all of our things thrown into a couple of vans one rented and one outsource. due to their band being off the road. He promised that he would claim for his insurance for all the damaged furniture that we have had to replace and now out of pocket and I’m top of that sent threatening emails to my wife to send men to the house for collection of the rest of the payment which we paid on the promise he would came through his insurance and sort this matter out. Do not use they’ve made moving incredibly stressful and made us ill in the process. This is eight weeks from moving and he still has not sorted out the issue.

My move from Rugby to Kent was trouble free and very straightforward thanks to Steve and his team. The thought of having to pack all my home contents on my own and move out on the day of completion to travel 170 miles in one day filled me with awe. Steve’s move plan was totally reassuring. The men packed the vans the day before, clearly marking each box with the contents and intended room. I didn’t have to raise a finger.. Steve stored my furniture and contents safely overnight. I was then able to lock the house and leave to drive comfortably for an overnight stay at my son’s house halfway. I met the vans at my new house the next day exactly as we had arranged. The vans were unpacked with all the boxes placed in the rooms of my choice and the whole move worked like clockwork. Steve and his team were meticulous with the packing - nothing was damaged or broken. They were punctual kind and courteous from the original survey to them leaving me at my new home after checking I was happy with the move. The price was extremely reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending Mullaney and Co Removals as quality 5* professional removers.

Greg was the man in charge on my day and called to confirm when he would be arriving and when we met, along with Reece and Rossi, it was all systems go.

Nothing was broken, every minute was perfect. I couldn't ask for a better team on moving day. It was super stressful for me, seeing boxes of memories I hadn't seen for many years. Greg and his team kept my spirits high and offered great advice when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do.
