Richard Removals did an excellent job. From the initial booking they kept in contact to check if I needed anything etc. On moving day they arrived at the old property on time. Listened to all instructions given and followed them completely. First class service and would definitely recommend.

The team at Richard Removals were amazing.
We were waiting to move for a long time and their office team kept in touch periodically following their quote to see how we were getting on so we didn't lose contact with them, but never felt like a hard sell or pushy.
On move day itself the men arrived early and got our house empty very quickly and efficiently. We had a lot of stuff and it was expertly packed into their vans and everything well looked after.
When we got our keys they came back to us promptly and unloaded again really efficiently. Everything was where we had marked for it to go.
Amazing, we would definitely use for any future move and highly recommend!

Excellent removals company, great communication from Skye and Kerry getting everything booked in (at a week's notice, and very understanding with all the delays to our exchange!), very accommodating with the use of videos for the estimate as my partner had Covid, and the guys on the day were unbelievably quick and efficient, friendly and very professional. All our furniture and belongings arrived in exactly the condition they were packed in. Very good value too. Highly recommend!

A great service from my first contact with Kerry to get everything arranged, very accommodating and flexible with the constant change of moving dates. Ian and his team of movers arrived on time and got on with the job of packing up the house. They had to wait three hours before we could get the keys to the new place, once we were in they unloaded the vehicles and put boxes and furniture in the correct rooms. Not planning to move again for a while, but when we do they'll get my call.

Great experience so far using Richard Removals. They were able to quickly respond to our requests, were always available by phone and email and were able to deliver a good price for the removal and storage whilst we wait for our new house to complete. I've got access for the times that I need it, so nothing to worry about. The moving operatives were very friendly and professional, moving everything quickly, efficiently and carefully from the house to the lorry and the house was emptied before I knew it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Unfortunately they didn't take everything that was agreed to be taken. We had to move out the next day and so it was very stressful and costly (additional £350) to organise a last minute removals team to take the rest of the items. I've politely tried to contact the team twice and given them at least three months to respond so that I wouldn't have to leave a negative review but they haven't got back to me. An apology or some kind of recognition of the mistake would have sufficed. On a side note, we were given boxes on the day to pack our clothes into on the day, despite having paid for items to be packed up by the team. We also found things like plants had been stuffed into boxes and had books and heavy items put on top of them. By the time the plants were unpacked most of them were dead. Overall, very stressful.

Richard's Removals were great. Aidan, Dean and Josh helped us move house last week and were an absolute delight and so good on the day. The whole thing was done so quickly and professionally with a smile (even the boxes of books for the 3rd floor...!) Skye was also lovely and kept in touch with us to arrange a quote, get us some free boxes and keep us up to date right to the day itself which was reassuring.
I'd recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Richard Removals moved us in March. We didn't actually have a definite moving date until very late on but they did allow us to book a date without paying a deposit. I did change my mind on dates a few times but they were very patient with me.
On the day of the move they turned up on time, they were all very friendly and chatty and cracked on, only stopping once for a quick cuppa. They finished loading up at the time they said they would and off they went for a few hours. They were waiting at our new house before we got there. Once again, they cracked on and the job was done in no time at all. Even moving my sofas a couple of times without fuss when I wasn't happy with the positioning.
