Aussie Man and Van Ltd.

I have used Aussie Man and Van 3 times now, twice for office moves and this week for a domestic move. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are easy and efficient to deal with, reliable and turn up on time and do a great job. The movers have always been polite and hard-working and really helpful. Highly recommend them.

Having just moved within West London to Ruislip I would like to recommend Aussie Man and Van. From taking the booking and answering my questions to the move itself the team were brilliant. What most impressed me was the commonsense shown by the movers - it took me just one minute to show the guys what to move from each room and it was done. No fuss or problems. 10/10!

Best removals firm so far, out of 5 firms. Friendly and quick coordination by Nathalie Harris. Movers Chris and Peter helped with packing, followed placement instructions to the letter, and rapidly jumped between van and house like two kangaroos. Good job.

We recently used Aussie Man and Van to move within Surbiton. The two guys were friendly and hard workers and wasted very little time other than 2 10-minute sandwich breaks, which we were not charged for. Everything arrived in good condition. Would recommend.

The removal guys at Aussie Man and Van are very efficient and friendly. We moved from Finsbury Park to Arnos Grove and I would definitely use them again. Also great customer service from Nathalie. Highly recommended removal service. Thank you!

This business is hopeless. I used the live chat to try to book a removalist. They asked me for photos of my furniture which I sent through. Then they went radio silent and the chat was ended. I tried another chat instance and was told they would get back to me. Nothing. The next day I called and dealt with a really rude woman who told me they had my quote and would email me. Another day went past. No one had an Australian accent (lol) and as an Aussie myself I am so offended that they mention an 'Aussie work ethic' on their website. I can assure you this is not an Aussie work ethic!

I have used Aussie Man & Van various times over the last few years and have had a very good service with them - UNTIL recently. Stay away.

UPDATE - “I used them again last time we moved house and was really disappointed. They have changed management and the service was terrible. They sent fewer men than planned, misjudged the time of the job, then unloaded the entire job into their warehouse overnight (chipping x4 Eames chairs, breaking one antique table), reloaded it onto lorries the next day, and then ran late unloading it and unpacked in such a frenzy it was chaos. The cost was also much increased - x2. I wouldn’t, sadly, ever use them again. Or advise them. I have edited this review from a 4 star to a 1-star. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!”

“They are punctual, professional and polite. The guys are always very strong, work extremely hard and are eager to please. They also respond well to requests being made. I advise using the packing and moving service, but arranging the unpacking yourselves. However, they were rather too fast and disorganised with the unpacking - and broke a few items.”

They were on time and moved the sofa seamlessly from central to east London. Thanks!
