Gareth provides absolutely outstanding service during what was quite a stressful move for me. It’s my first major move without assistance from family members and Gareth’s friendly personality and professional understanding made what could’ve been an absolute nightmare so much easier to handle. He spoke to me and was very responsive in planning what would need to be done during the move and carried out the services I needed perfectly. Absolutely great price on top of that. I used Gareth and his team to move house this week and have nothing but positive things to say! They were punctual, efficient, careful and most importantly a really friendly, lovely team! I was a little worried about moving by myself as a female, but they were so polite and put me right at ease. We used Gareth to move house a week before Christmas. We had to move our completion date many times but it was never a problem, Gareth was always so flexible and helpful. On the day Gareth and his colleagues were punctual, calm, and very helpful. Even when we didn’t get the keys to our new house until very late in the day, and in the pouring rain and dark, they were fantastic. Not only did they unload the van quickly but also helped us build the furniture they took down for us. I have already recommended Gareth to a family member who is also planning to move and would recommend to anyone else.
