We had booked Britannia Fleet to assist with a recent house move based on previous high recommendations, however, we were left completely disappointed. The staff were great up until the point where we paid our £200 deposit. 10 days before our house move we had still not received the boxes we requested despite several calls chasing this issue. In addition, they kept telling us they needed to speak to their transportation team and that they would call us back but did not. When they eventually returned our calls, they then increased the price by £100. We cancelled them because of these issues and luckily found another removal company who had availability at the last minute and were excellent. Very disappointed by the service given the previous high recommendations and we will not be recommending them to anyone else.

We have undergone the move from hell with the help of Fleet Removals [Britannia]They persuaded us to pay more to lengthen the move and then simply didn't turf up day one. Day two Messrs Wham and Bam packed in a very short space of time, but still beaten by the two who unpacked. We were left with boxes of smashed precious things which they denied all responsibility for because we had packed! In other words License to Break with no comeback despite also taking out insurance. They completely ignored those items they had carted and damaged and have wriggled and jiggled ever since. House movers be very wary.

What an amazing company this is. From John visiting to carry out the original survey(and remembering moving us 21 years before), Amanda in the office who guided me through the process and kept me sane, and to my superhero team of John, Ste, Shaun and Luke who were truly magnificent. Upbeat, positive, hard working, and fun. Suddenly, the most stressful of days was not. My move was over 2 days, with our new house having restricted access via a narrow lane. Ste emerged through the overgrowth in the van like Indiana Jones! They did 3 transfers from the super mega lorry which was parked a way off. They never stopped.
I am so grateful to all mentioned above for their professionalism and for their care to me. Everything arrived safely.
I can’t recommend Brittannia Fleet too highly. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Just a note to say thank you for making an stressful day go with ease.. Luke and Richie, you are a huge asset to your company, your flexibility and passion to ensure we moved seamlessly was outstanding.
Even that dinning table, sooooo heavy and you got it out!
Well done to you.

I recommend the dismantling and re assembling too, this ensured the kids slept on a fully assembled bed on the first night.

I also want to say thanks to the admin and warehouse team, all the phone calls and support in ensuring I was organised and had everything I needed was "Top Class".
I will most certainly use Brittania again, but not for a while I need, I need a few Christmas's here!

Absolute terrible service I used Britannia Liverpool depot for my move to Thailand after agreeing a price paying a deposit of £650 and being told the price was set in stone I was given a date for our belongings to be packed I received an email from Amanda Tierney telling me that the price had risen by £650 a few days before the move date knowing that it was to late to do anything about it as everything had been organised around these dates the lad's who came to pack our house up where brilliant very professional and helpful but the office staff just the opposite I was told that our container had left Southampton and would arrive in Thailand on the 12h October I received an email saying it had arrived on the 25th then nothing after several enquiries as to where my container was I was eventually told that it was still in Southampton and hadn't been loaded on the ship that was in October it's now December and still no information not even an apology so avoid this company like the plague absolutely dreadful service Steve fogg

Just moved yesterday with the amazing help of Britannia Fleet Removals. Like many people, we own more possessions than we even know about. We had elected to have our ‘treasures’ packed for us and dutifully, on the day the two team members arrived and set about packing everything, draw contents, cupboards, clothes incl wardrobe boxes. They treated everything as if it were their own, only on unpacking did I realise exact how much care and protection that has used. On packing, they were also considerate of things we may need before actual moving day and discussed items to leave unpacked for now.
Following morning , on time, three very professional men, Mal, Luke and Gary, arrived. Covered carpets completely packed up the entire contents, even dismantling beds and wardrobes as necessary. They worked solidly for hours, always cheerful and seemed genuinely happy in their work. Apparently only powered by occasional drinks.
The move it self was not far, but a slight delay in keys meant a chance for a break. Then off they set again. Box after box came in and delivered to the appropriate room, all having been labelled during packing. Furniture in, beds reassembled, the delay called for additional team support and another three team members arrived and got us in before 6pm.
As cheerful and bright as they had started hours earlier, they wished us well in our new home, shook hands and off they went, I imagine whistling happily to themselves as they went. Many , many thanks to every one not only over the two days , but to all those in the background who made it happen so smoothly.

Our quote was competitive with other companies, but we were pleased with the gentleman that visited and with the speed of the quote came through.
Boxes and tape and wrap was delivered when we requested and the crew on the day ( Steve, Sean and Zol) were friendly, professional and efficient.
All the move went smoothly, no breakages or damage.
Very pleased with service from start to end and would definitely recommend.

108750: Very good service, staff were all very helpful as we had a date to move but it was only confirmed at the last minute - thanks for accommodating this. Thumbs up for Ben, Zol and Harry they were great - thanks!! Our house move went so smoothly :)
