This is Paula Little posting a review, using a different named google account. I've moved so many times in the past 13 years, I can honestly say I've had experience with many different moving companies.

Of all the moving companies in the past, Mike at BestMove Logistics and his team are by far the best that I've moved with. Not one thing broken, the team were incredibly helpful, moving furniture and moving it again as I had changed my mind. They really listened, making the move out, and the move in run as smoothly as possible.

They treated me like a valued client, which I'm sad to say is rare these days. Heaven forbid I have to move again, but if I do, there is no question I will move again with BestMove Logistics. Thanks Mike, to you and your team.

I can’t recommend Mike & the team at Best Move highly enough. Our move from Surrey to Somerset had loads of last minute changes & hurdles, but Mike dealt with everything so professionally and put my mind at ease throughout the lead up to the move and on the day. The team work so hard on the day and nothing is too much trouble (especially in making sure our young autistic son felt comfortable with what was going on - he thought he was part of the team). We are a Specimen Plant nursery and Mike has done a few long distance deliveries for us. Last week he delivered some topiary olives to Yorkshire for us. These needed specific treatment and to be treated with care. I received a message from the customer telling me of their delight at the service she received from Mike. His polite and helpful manner really stood out to her and she wanted to reach out and make sure we were aware of her experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Best Move Logistics moving our family of five plus dog to our forever home. There was excellent communication throughout (which make a real difference when there's so much going on!) and they treated all our belongings with the utmost care and consideration. Mike that runs Bestmove Logistics came and quoted our house move, and we pencilled a date in the diary.
Things got a bit slower and we had to postpone the move a couple of times, but he still managed to get together an amazing team with 5 lorries for “the day”!
Really impressed with the speed, the organisation, the efficiency and the professional way that all these people made our move so special.
