Matt made our move from Manchester to Weston-super-mare super easy! A quick video call allowed me to show Matt around our house so he could see how much stuff we had and could provide an accurate quote (other removal firms wanted me to predict how many boxes we'd have to move which felt impossible). His team were all very friendly, professional and extremely hard workers. They made the moving experience as close to enjoyable as you can get which is no mean feat. Matt and his team are highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. We used their packing service which was a godsend the day before. The next day we moved and it went without a hitch. Nothing lost or broken. They turned up promptly on time first thing in the morning and had to do two loads, one into storage, and the other half into our new home. Once renovations allowed we got our furniture out of storage so we dealt with two different teams that moved us, both were truly professional and made no fuss about anything we asked them to do and was a pleasure to deal with as was the whole company. Howards removals were fantastic with our recent home move. Matt the owner came out to do an evaluation for our quote. He provided a competitive price which included everything in one price rather than lots of different confusing options. The communication on the phone was also great with advice when ever we needed it and the booking process was made easy. We also used their packing service the day before our move. The guys were extremely efficient and great at communicating throughout the day. They provided boxes, paper and packing tape and we just paid for the number of boxes that were used. I also liked the fact they are trying to be sustainable, even in a small way, by reusing their boxes. So you get a percentage back if you return the empty boxes to them within 6 weeks which can then be used again. The day of our move was extremely efficient with 3 guys there to get everything moved and put on their truck quickly. When we arrived at our new property they were there ready to go. They took down beds and put them back together as well moved all large furniture very carefully. We'd highly recommend Howards removals and would use them again if we ever needed any moving in the future.

Ryan and the team were first class when they moved us from Wells to Cheddar recently. Professional, pleasant, fast working, hard working. It poured with rain but they just got on with it without complaint. Moving day is pretty stressful but these guys really helped to make it easier. Thank you.

Everything was so easy with Matt and his team. Prompt response for a home visit and quotation for removal and storage which was so much cheaper than anyone else. The lads who did the removal were very careful and efficient and worked very quickly. Dan in the office is a breath of fresh air - nothing is too much trouble and he is always so cheerful and efficient. Access at our new home was very limited due to a fairly steep tree lined track but Liam & Dylan did a great job with no fuss. Despite travelling the length of the country they arrived bang on schedule and got everything unloaded super fast despite the awful weather. Liam even managed to find the smallest piece of a kitchen clock that had dropped off in the back of the lorry (not a fault of the company - our mistake from not wrapping it properly during our own packing) Thoroughly recommend this team of friendly and efficient people - a proper good old fashioned local business that relies on reputation. Fantastic team of guys to pack, remove and unpack our belongings. Slight underestimate of how big a lorry they would need but that was swiftly rectified. Removers were very friendly and efficient and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
