Britmove Removals & Storage

This company was absolutely brilliant. From the first phone call I made to obtain a quote to the moving day itself everything went very smooth and as promised. The office team was very polite and patient hearing out all our needs and concerns regarding the move, then sent someone to deliver all the packing supplies to us the next day. And on the moving day John (aka Ionut) and his team arrived on time, loaded everything very securely, dismantled some of the furniture and put everything back together at the new house. Nothing got damaged at all. No request was too much trouble for them. If we ever decide to move again will definitely use this company again. Thank you very much for a great service.

Moved mid March, and the two guys who moved us from London to Milton Keynes were brilliant and made a very stressful time, super easy. They helped with the TV stand which needed 3 people to take off, and helped speak to the construction workers who tried to be difficult needing the same space in the designated car park spaces. They carried down a 6 seat-er table down stairs without any damage, which is no mean fete (it got damaged by a diff company when we moved in)! Would 100% recommend!

The move itself was efficient and professional but resulted in a large television being damaged beyond repair.
Britmove deem this to not be their responsibility as they did not pack and unpack it despite the fact it was sealed in its original box. I wouldn't use this company again, took the payment but fail to accept liability.

*EDIT - we have now resolved the issues.

Unfortunately, it seems I'm one of the unlucky ones... The team were great and it all moved along nicely but unfortunately I've had damages on large items and it's been 3 weeks with no commitment on next steps (except stating they're investigating the issues).

I'll leave this as 2 stars at the moment and update once/ if everything is resolved.

Absolutely excellent service from Britmove - we had the full packing, moving and cleaning package from them and could not fault a single thing. Nothing was lost, broken or left behind. Exceptional. Thank you!

Britmove were absolutely brilliant. Chris, Stephan and Ovidiu arrived on time, were super fast, yet careful, and worked with a real sense of pride in their care. Nothing was too much trouble, they even helped us remove a very heavy and rather difficult antique from the wall. We would book Britmove again, no question. Thank you 🙏

Gabriel and Christian were absolutely amazing, I can't thank them enough. They arrived early, worked hard and were incredibly polite and helpful. Due to my own mistakes with measurements, my sofa wouldn't fit at the other end, but they tried absolutely everything they could to try and get it in, without ever complaining. They were efficient, tidy, clean and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and can't thank them enough for all of the help they provided.
