A and N Removals

Neil and his staff moved my partner from Burton into our new joint owned house in Neyland with ease and professionalism. As a result, I used them to empty my house in Johnston and put my stuff into their storage facility, as we make 2 houses into 1 new household. Not easy, but Neil and his team have always answered my calls and nothing was too much for them. The price was good as well.
I see there is 1 review with 1 star. I presume that it is a fake review as they query the validity of those of us who gave 5 stars.

This firm moved us from Pembrokeshire to Somerset. Almost every item of our furniture was damaged in some way or other. Some items are unusable now and others are scratched, dented scraped or dirty.
There must be an A team and a B team. Our team were rude and unprofessional. Neil and Alex were completely unconcerned by damage and quoted £40 limit in terms and conditions to protect themselves.
We would never recommend them.

After reading Alex Britt’s review it made me regret not posting a review earlier as I’d suffered a similar experience beforehand.
Several damaged items which they tried to deny they’d done. And a £40 limit in compensation which is nothing like enough.
When they’re short staffed they get other people in who don’t know what they’re doing.
Neil’s attitude was defensive, confrontational and unapologetic.
Really awful - the worst removal firm I’ve ever used.

Alex and Neil, as well as the guys who moved us were great. They couldn't do enough to help, taking a lot of the stress away when it came to the removals - if only we got the same level of service from our solicitors! Having the ability to use their storage facility because our sale happened first was a relief and they never failed to answer our emails or texts when we had a query throughout the whole process. Thank you A&N!
We would definitely recommend their company for removals.

Pulled onto the Hopwood M42 motorway services behind one of their Luton vans. Without indicating it veered off to the right towards the petrol pumps forecourt and then without warning swung left across both entrance lanes causing me to brake sharply. It then reversed back towards the forecourt as I went past I shook my head in disbelief. The driver and two passengers then made very offensive, abusive and threatening gestures to me. I just drove off in disbelief. Is this really the way a professional removal company behaves?

What a wonderful team and efficient service. I dreaded moving 30 years of life in France back to UK but A and N took all the pain out of the situation. They worked so very hard and extremely quickly but carefully. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting top quality service at a competitive price.

The team at A&N Removals did an excellent job at moving us 182 miles. The weather was torrential rain, the worst it could possibly be but the team moved us quickly and without incident. We had loads of garden stuff, and a drive that turned into a swamp, it was awful! We left long after the van, for the 3 and half hour drive to the new house, but the team collected the keys for us and moved everything in without us, we were so so grateful.

Fantastic! Down to earth and incredibly hard working!! May family and I had to move from England to Wales and so many companies were asking for an extortionate amount of money.
Then my friend recommended A and N removals and thank goodness they did.
They did a quote based on the video I sent of my home. The lads drive up the night before and just had a look at what they needed to do, they arrived promptly in the morning, worked incredibly hard, with minimal breaks and went the extra mile to pack a vast amount of stuff.
They drove several miles and unpacked the other end without complaining, they got extra staff to assist and worked well into the dark.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough, I am very untrusting of people and my mind was set at ease very easily with the staff all of which were incredibly friendly.

The communication via WhatsApp and voice notes made it very easy to ask all the silly questions that popped into my mind.
Whether it’s a large move of a short commute I would trust these guys.
